DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELOPOD!!!! I booked a flight through Spirit and accidentally booked it Mar 5-8 when I meant to book it Feb 5-8. When I discovered the error I googled Spirit contact on my phone and a contact number appeared at the top. I called and spoke with a rep and the prices to switch the flight were astronomical, I declined and hung up the phone. The rep called me back (this was fishy) I still followed through with the call and found a reasonable flight to book. When the rep sent the confirmation to my email it said Travelopod. Still, I proceeded with the confirmation. On Feb 5, when I arrive at the airport Spirit cannot locate my reservation for Feb 5. When I contact Travelopod they say Spirit denied the request for my ticket. They proceed to tell me my $70 difference has been refunded to me and they can book me another flight for $350!! I AM STUCK AT THE AIRPORT WITH RESERVATIONS AT MY DESTINATION AND NO WAY TO REFUND THAT MONEY AND THEY WANT ME TO SPEND $350 MORE DOLLARS WHEN ITS THEIR FAULT THE TICKET DIDN T GET BOOKED!! Travelopod is a SCAM, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT book your ticket with them!!!

Travelopod is the best. We were trying to book tickets on our own and were struggling with a couple of details. Called travelopod and had a conversation with Victor, who was super helpful and suggested us the exact flights and itinerary we were looking for. Next flight also will be with travelopod

The Customer service representative Gagandeep displayed lot of patience and customer obsession to answer all my questions and cleared my confusion before booking the ticket. I have been using travelopod for my ticketing needs from past 5 years and would always recommend the same to anyone.

I had very wonderful experience from Travelopod. I unfortunately could not be able to fly but still the agent "Alan Wilson" was very helpful starting from booking the tickets to answering all my calls. I will definitely suggest Travelopod and if anyone also wants discount or great offers please do contact them.

Interacted with Allen. He was extremely courteous, prompt and professional with getting us refund from the airlines. The process was logistically quite challenging, but Allen and the team worked very efficiently to get this done. Highly recommended. Have also interacted with other colleagues at Travelopod and they too are very professional, friendly and do a great job with the bookings. Will certainly use their service in future.
