Fantastic Wine, wonderfully supportive company! Wine tastings are fun and knowledgeable and everyone has a blast. The wine is reasonably priced at $17 being the average price. Shipping is one of the lowest in the industry as I have done lots of research and have found Traveling Vineyard to be below average in their price of shipping! Fantastic brand new Wine Club Subscription service, called Rewined! Love it!
First, one star is for taste of wine. My husband and I really enjoyed pajama party wine. However, we never received it again when we ordered through mail, rather than house party. We waited six weeks and was only told it was damaged at ups, no further follow up. Very disappointed, lost two customers.
When I was looking to earn 'extra money' for my daughters wedding I thought I would do this for a little while, earn the money that I needed and get out. I mean really, me in direct sales, never. Well, what I didn't expect was to fall in love, with wine, with the amazing friends I've made and with the most compassionate, forward thinking CEO I've ever met. I have so much fun when I go out to wine tastings and I'm earning money at the same time! I'll be celebrating 5 years serving Long Island amazing wine and I can't wait for the next 5!!
Traveling Vineyard is so much more than an in home wine tasting direct sales company. They provide support for anyone that joins and it has been so much FUN learning about wine with great people. By far the best "job" I've ever had. You are treated like family and the customer service is exceptional. They have a wide selection of international wines and have yet to disappoint. The tastings themselves are always fun and educational. The shipping times have exceeded my expectations. If ever there has been an issue with the shipment, the cheerleaders and world headquarters have been able to fix it immediately and they leave you with a smile on your face.
Being a Wine Guide with Traveling Vineyard is an experience I will always be grateful for. It's not the typical 9-5, which works great for someone looking to add a second job or do something completely flexible. I knew nothing about wine when I started but love the in home tastings because I get to meet new people, share a fantastic product and make money while doing so! Everyone is happy when you walk in their door with 5 free bottles of wine! The company is extremely supportive in every way and wants you to be the best you can be, whatever that is. You get out what you put in and if you're a driven individual the sky is the limit!
Can I give more than 5 stars? After telling many, many consultants that direct sales isn't for me, I found WINE! Drinking wine and eating snacks with friends (and people that soon become friends) was too fun to pass up. I am very proud of the wine I offer to hosts and their friends for FREE. I'd do this even if I didn't get paid!

Traveling Vineyard wine tastings are awesome because they bring five bottles to your house for free for you and your friends to drink. the food pairing part of it is really educational too. It's surprising how wines taste different with different foods!
