Travco L.L.C Review

This company was booked by my travel agent to pick us up at the airport and transfer us to our hotel in Dubai and to return us to the airport 4 days later.
We were collected by a very nice gentleman at the airport and transfered in a beautiful air conditioned white Lexus car. Everything was handled very efficiently. On both journeys our drivers were very friendly and generous with information about their beautiful city. They were more than willing to answer all our many questions.They were also very punctual. I would highly recommend using this company based on my own experience

Travco in Dubai were good for myself and family. A slight delay on driver picking us up at airport and they arrived early for our return. Driven to airport safely and in clean transport. Would definitely use again

Great customer service overall. Booked directly with Travco the Dubai Safari, what an experience! Good prices, and would definitely reccomend to take the trip into the desert for a taste of traditional Arabic culture: driving in the desert, camel ride, watching the sunset, bbq dinner in arabian camp, live entertainment with tanura and belly dancers, star gazing at night. Everything for approx. 200drh per person, from about 3pm and back to the hotel by 9pm. Our driver, Omar, was brilliant!

Absolute shambles of a company .They arranged to.pick us up from the hotel a day before then already booked.Informed their representative Alisa 3 days previous Still they sent a vehicle.Spoke to her again and confirmed that they would send on the correct date waited for half an hour and nothing turned up.Sopke to a chap called Kadir Or Nadil whom didint give their full details and basically told us nothing can be done very rudely. Had to exchange some money and took a taxi to airport nearly missing our flights because of some incompetent idiots Hotel cocierge confirmed that they have complaints about them all the time.Please please do no tuse them.

Very nice trips and guides from Egypt who speak Polish well and look after the group well. I used trips to Abu Dhabi where you can see the great mosque, Dubai day and night and safari. I recommend the company with a clear conscience! Very nice guide Mr. Osama! greetings

The best DMC in Dubai, We had a great time, They have the best hotel rates and their vehicles are top range. Absolutely wonderful people to work with, helped us with late check-outs and early check-ins without a fuss. Would recommend to anyone.
