I'm very pleased with Trapp Service. We do have an IT Team within our org but they direct us to Trapp and Trapp guys always resolve my issues even if sometimes it takes them few times to get back and try a different approach (as sometimes they are limited by resources our "home" IT owns and doesn't provide to them on time). They are responsive, polite, helpful, kind, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and do excellent job
