Can t talk to anyone, can t access my account, simply just Email my statement, it s supposed to be a periodical payments from my Bank, a simple statement is all I require. No one to talk to, just a load of you do all the work and any faults are the customers fault. A most unsatisfying experience, I still do not know if I am in credit or debit. You can get the virus over the phone, an absolute failure to customer service.

How can a company that makes billions of Melbourne...

How can a company that makes billions of Melbourne's toll roads get away with such larceny? For weeks, kilometres of the toll roads around Bolte Bridge have been deemed 40km because of roadworks. Applying any commonly-accepted service charter, this should mean a reduced cost to use its toll roads you would think? I just read such a company is also adding the cost of pursuing its non-paying users onto the toll costs of users!

About Transurban

Transurban is a leading toll-road operator that has been providing safe and efficient transportation solutions to people for many years. The company operates some of the world's largest toll roads, and its primary goal is to get people where they want to go as quickly and safely as possible. Transurban has a strong reputation for designing and building new roads, researching new vehicle technology, and developing innovative road safety solutions.

The company was founded in 1996 in Melbourne, Australia, with the aim of improving urban mobility by building new toll roads. Since then, Transurban has expanded its operations globally and now operates major toll roads in Australia, North America, and Europe. The company's success can be attributed to its commitment to innovation and excellence in everything it does.

One of the key strengths of Transurban is its ability to design and build new roads that are both efficient and safe. The company employs some of the best engineers in the industry who use cutting-edge technology to create road networks that can handle high volumes of traffic while minimizing congestion. This approach ensures that drivers can get where they need to go quickly without having to deal with frustrating delays.

In addition to designing new roads, Transurban also invests heavily in research into vehicle technology. The company recognizes that advances in automotive engineering have a significant impact on road safety, so it works closely with car manufacturers around the world to develop technologies that make driving safer for everyone on the road.

Another area where Transurban excels is road safety research. The company understands that accidents on highways can have devastating consequences for drivers and passengers alike. To minimize these risks, it conducts extensive research into ways of improving road safety through better infrastructure design or innovative technologies such as autonomous vehicles.

Transurban's commitment towards sustainability is another aspect worth mentioning here; it aims at reducing carbon emissions from transport by promoting public transport usage or electric vehicles (EVs). It also invests heavily into renewable energy sources like solar panels installed along their highways which generate electricity used by nearby communities.

Overall, Transurban stands out among other companies operating within this space due largely because of their focus on innovation & excellence across all aspects related towards transportation infrastructure development & management - from designing/building new highways/roads through researching advanced vehicle technologies down even further onto exploring ways how we could improve overall highway safety standards while reducing carbon emissions at same time!
