Its one of the worst company I have seen so far , ...

Its one of the worst company I have seen so far , the company pay and increments is very less and funniest part is on the day of induction after the end of session, HR request all the new candidates to give 5* review on their company :D :D , In short their need positive reviews from their employees to take more advantage of people. Another Amazing part is even the receptionist would also know your take home salary, Not confidential at all. Some are worst people who target employees sending them back without any valid reason. Its Really disappointed looking all this.

Fresher can work with this organisation if possible, not a good place for experienced people.

HR :- Priyanka has a very bad attitude, isn't fit be HR.
Worst experience ever had in the organisation.
Nothing is perfect in the organisation.
Worst environment.
Suggest no-one to join this pethatic organization.

I went in to the company for an interview for an Ops Manager job profile on 8th March. The HR informed me that she would call back update about the status and she did not. I have 8 yrs of experience as Operation Manager not only in Domestic but also in international company like IBM. I wanted to implement all my experience and give my best of service to this company as it's an Indian based. It's so disappointing that they are offering jobs to some common people for such a role and not people like me with excellent experience where I have been heading 5 to 6 different teams from different destinations and departments. The management and Directors have to looking into this very seriously as this is the reason the domestic companies fall apart. If they hire me and I am still open for the role I will definitely make a lot of changes in the company to archive their financial and team goals with full of my abilities and prove them and the competitors that we are best in the industry. That's my suggestion and hoping to work for them.

Like :- Nothing. The company policy does not suppo...

Like :- Nothing. The company policy does not support the employees and the HR don't support the employees. It's just the managements call and the HR does not have any power there and they don't take any action when we file a complaint against the management instead they blame us and they said let's come to a mutual term and they relieved me immediately. But still they took 45 days to send my reliving holding the vengance against me for complaining about the management and the team leader.

Dislikes :- The management will not let you grow they hire people from outside for the same position when there are people with enough experience who Han do the same job better. And when you ask me this question how do you expect me to be polite? This is a company which has nothing to be liked about. It's the management that needs to be revamped along with the HR. Unless the power goes to the HR there is no point in working in that company. They will turn the tide against you and either terminate you or relieve you immediately without taking action on the team lead or manager or anyone we had complained about
