Very racist. Don t apply if you re too dark or they ll over work you then fire you for no reason so they don t have to pay you. Only 3 dark people there and you ll wonder why, they re very petty and will try to fire you if you call them out on favoritism.
I haven't worked for transmatic in over a year. But I can tell you that this is a great place to work. (Assembly).
It's just like any other factory job but with AC! Very chill environment. The pay is reasonable for the work you do.
Side note:
Depending on the people that are there at the time of you working there it might be drama and "not good," but that's legit anyplace you go, people you work with can ruin your time there and your day, just remember it's not 100% the companies fault.
