I had my apartment cleaned by Ani from Tranquil Home and she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely detail oriented and was so kind. She made sure I double checked everything and that I was happy with her work, and she also was really nice to my kitty Oolong who was very curious as to what she was up to. I was very impressed with the work and thoroughness. I had a deep clean, with two people, for 3.5 hours. I asked them to focus on the kitchen and the bathrooms but didn't give much direction other than that. They did much more than I expected. For example, they cleaned my refrigerator and took out all the food and cleaned all the shelves and put the food back. They cleaned the oven too! In the shower they got all the scum off my soap holder. I liked that the house didn't smell like harsh cleaning products when they were done. By far the best cleaning service I have ever used. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I hired Tranquil Homes to do some deep cleaning that I had grown behind on - blind slats, spot wall cleaning, oven, etc. Two professional, sweet women cleaned my house very well. I do think that it's a bit on the pricey side for regular maintenance, but it was worth the splurge to not have to do all those extra tasks that are so time consuming. It was very easy to book and pay, and everyone was very responsive. They were able to fit me in with just a few day's notice. I would use their service again.

Ani did a great job cleaning my 3 bed / 2 bath house. Nicola provided a great customer experience: she honored a Yelp discount that had already expired; the cleaning job required more hours than the max that she estimated so she didn't charge me for those extra hours. That's exactly how you treat customers!

Used their service for a move-out clean. The house had not been cleaned in ~4 years. I did not see the service after, but we got our entire deposit back and did not get anything taken out for dirtiness. Their estimate was very reasonable. They had a cleaner cancel on our day and they worked with us to keep the time that we requested which was very helpful and professional.

I used called tranquil home because i was leaving out of town and my house was a mess. I didnt have much time to clean and really wanted to come home to a clean house when i got home. Brenda did an amazing job!!! She not only cleans she organized my home. She asked me if it was ok to place things where she felt they belonged and that is ok with me.. she did a phenomenal job organizing, cleaning and making sure she communicated with me. She is very pleasant and warm. When i came home my house felt cozy and warm and all i had to do was place my bag in my room and i layed down in my bed that was all made up. It smelled fresh. The housekeeper arrived on time and was polite. She inquired about cleaning certain areas of my concern, used her time well, and did a good job. We both noted that the organic cleaners sometimes have difficulty thoroughly cleaning the showers. I suggest supplying your own cleaning products for showers and other hard-to-clean areas. This service is a very good value for the price and I will use Tranquil Home Cleaning again.

The cleaner arrived the next day - the quality of service exceeded my expectations, met with professionalism and a great price, so you cannot go wrong. I already booked repeat cleanings.
Customer service is wonderful as they came back to redeem themselves. In the end they basically passive aggressively blamed me for having unrealistic expectations (which I don't think is the case). The first clean was actually way better and if the microwave and mirrors were touched that first time I would have been a bit happier, but unfortunately the clean was not what I was hoping for. The second time around when we walked around and checked out the apartment, it seemed like there was more time spent rearranging our stuff and going through it or simply reorganizing than cleaning. It was kind of bothersome because some things were put in certain places for a reason it made the first week after a little hard to navigate since some things were out of place and it just wasn't necessary to go through everything. I can't blame them as it was messier than usual after going through a busy week of late nights. Any how, I know it would be nice to have a monthly clean but I'll probably try some other companies first. I really value customer service though so I'll give them the five stars they deserve.

We have been using this service for almost two years now and have had a great experience so far. We have had a couple different teams due to scheduling needs and have been very happy with the one we have now. The ladies are so friendly and thorough. I have two young children, work 32 hours per week, and they come every other week to help me get the house back in order on my day off: change linens, vacuum/mop floors, clean bathtub and shower, wipe down the whole kitchen (including appliances), and dust. So worth it for my sanity. Heather is also very responsive, asks for and takes feedback frequently, and takes PayPal payments!

While we ended up having a couple of issues with the cleaning itself, the way that Tranquil home took care of it was, in my opinion, above and beyond. Very happy with my service! I am sensitive to harsh cleaning chemicals so wanted to find a service that avoids them. I ordered a deep clean of my little studio apartment, as I've been living here for six years, and my place looks great! The cleaner they contracted, Bethany, was friendly and did a great job, I felt very comfortable having her in my home. She finished in four hours and every corner of my place is sparkling, including my fridge and oven, which I'm terrible at cleaning myself.

Cleaning was done well, but subpar due to all the eco friendly cleaning supplies. Some spots still remained in the place, I had to go over them with my tools in order to fix it. Cost was cheap, and only one cleaner given.
