Always doing something else besides helping customers. Always long wait times on the phone. $86.00 for one washer! Understaffed at the counter. I always dread dealing with Trane.

I needed a flame sensor. Joe was super helpful, looked it up, was out the door in less than 5.

Terrible experience as always. The most unfriendly counter staff. Always someone at counter that could be helping a customer but not. And the counter staff feel put out when they have to help you. I ordered some parts late one afternoon. My delivery guy picked up the materials and was shorted one motor mount ring. Had to return to my customer the following day.
