When I told them the commute was not for me, the owner tried to convince me the market was bad, the commute was fine, we have to make concessions, and insulted my background/experience. All in an attempt to get me to go on an interview at a company that wanted to meet me. Too bad I never sent them my resume nor did I give them permission to send it! Extremely unethical and unprofessional.
Courteous, professional and quick. I was expecting alittle more, because I was applying for a job I believed I qualified for, but was put through the pre-screening process for another opportunity. I'm patiently awaiting the call.
I worked with 2 separate recruiters on different occasions from Trandon. The first recruiter sent me on an interview with an employer paying almost $25k less than we had discussed. On another occasion, I went through first and second round interviews with an employer paying $10k less than we had discussed. This was in the span of 6 weeks. Would not recommend
They call constantly despite being repeatedly told that we do not use recruiters.
Kim Wolf is a senior recruiter at Trandon and she was an absolute joy to work with. She was proffessional, truthful, knowledgeable, caring and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking employment! I've never gotten a job so fast working with any recruiter and I love the company where placed me. I had a wonderful experience working with her.
Just the way they reach out sends up red flags. This woman calls my cell phone every few months (don't know how she got it because it's not on resumes I upload), my home phone and spams me with emails. After reading the reviews I knew not to get in touch. It feels like harassment.
I worked with Harrison and I don t know how did I expected him to help me find a professional job when he was so unprofessional. He hung up on me multiple times. He claims he had job interviews but never informed the interview was cancelled till I found out from his client.
Absolutely terrible to work with. They call me at ridiculous hours and when I went to their office they didn't even acknowledge the field I work in and want to continue working in and told me to find jobs as an office admin. They said they'd call me in the afternoon (which I specified) later that week but didn't call me for two weeks and now bother me every morning. Don't waste your time here.
Awful does not even begin to describe my experience. Unresponsive, unreachable, unethical and unprofessional are just a few. I suggest not wasting your time with them and go straight to the source. Even their "clients" are very displeased. (Found that out when I went straight to source and on my interview)
As others have already said, if you are thinking about working with them to find a job - don't!!!
They are very unprofessional and this place is like a resume sweat shop, they will chew you and spit you out as a piece of garbage.
Worked with Barbara, she spent whole 15 seconds explaining the job opening and then sent me for interview. Never heard back from anybody and no feed back...AVOID her.
Absolutely horrible agency. I met with them and was promised several opportunities. In fact one of the recruiters asked if I was available for an interview the same day. I was not and she told me to follow up after the weekend. I followed up but never heard back. Obviously, they don't care about the candidates, it's the companies that pay money.
Don t waste your time with these bozos. I m not sure how they make their money, but it looks like they finger themselves all day long in the ass.
The initial phone call was good but after that it went DOWN HILL. This is one of the most unprofessional in person experiences I ever had with a recruiter. Don't let the reception area fool you, the filthy disorganized bullpen style office past the reception area combined with the piss poor recruiter interaction sends a clear message of disinterest wrapped in a sloppy piss poor company culture lacking integrity or ethics.
