Useless, it is simply not possible to get hold of someone, they simply do not answer, nor do they call even though they have left their phone number & do not answer emails, not even the most responsible one.

Searched for several people for 3 weeks with the same bad results, really really bad & unprofessional!

Worst :( you get ping ponged back and forth. No order at all.

The traffic office dams down the whole of Storforsplan when they use motor-driven implements to blow away dust that is used for leaf blowing. Washed cars last week as mu is full of stone dust

Disgusting like everything else regarding the traffic office and management of Stockholm.

The entire streets of the outer city (outside the customs) are falling apart, with pot holes, cracks, scots and large water accumulations to keep the water wells high above the tarmac. The entire facility is neglected, and no knowledge or interest in reinvesting or fixing seems to exist. Becomes well so when you allow the traffic citizen council to dictate the agenda with the ministerial board and the influence of investigations that do not suit him. Osar cat for the confidence in the Traffic Office and above all, all of us Stockholmers suffer from this.

Have contacted them repeated number of times per email without reply.
When I get them by phone, they ask me to email again. And then again, no answer. Their solution is to send already paid invoices to Debt Collection, which I need to spend time to resolve, even though I have already paid. It shouldn't have been like this. They could have responded to emails, and then we could have easily solved their mistakes.

If I can give 0 as a review I would. They are really unprofessional. They never noticed us that they suddenly canceled our monthly parking subscription and due to that we faced parking fines and other troubles! The WORST ever!

This is the worst lurendreader available. They blow you on money they illegally charge for parking and if you do not pay their wrong bills, you will be charged for debt collection. Incredibly incompetent staff.
