Two stars because the staff are pretty friendly. Otherwise the hotel is old and not as grand as they want you to believe. The cost isn't justified in my opinion.

I absolutely love this resort, it is absolutely beautiful. We always have an amazing time and the staff is the best. Would recommend to everyone!

The service end everything was great besides the room service being so persistent on waking me up 2hrs before check out.all and all a great place

My future wife and I have tried to have book a slot of rooms and make reservations for a large party for over 4 months now. I am shocked this place has business and everyone would go through there large party department. Women is a mess and doesn t follow through. Then when booking telling us we will need to switch rooms in the middle of our stay.

This place is like it's own hidden beach themed disney world, in the sense that the staff is super friendly and helpful and everything is very clean.

It is kinda pricey, but very nice quality overall. Right on the beach and there are lots of things to do. 4 stars

There is so much to do both here and at Guy Harvey outpost.
It's very quiet even though there are lots of kids here. You don't hear them.
Only problem i have is the walking is way too much around the property to get places. Also the spa (or so they call it) is in sad need of an update. The massages we had were great, but no Jacuzzi, cold pool, steam room or quiet room to sit and relax in. They are missing out on making money by not having a state of the art spa.

I guess my expectations were to high. The staff is friendly and helpful. But this resort is pretty average. Rooms are ok & food is expensive. Too crowded for my liking.

Someone put trash in my drink from the bar but the rooms weren t that good I got a suite and it was a regular room it might of been my friend but the experience was fun because the multiple pools and activities

Hotel stay was nice. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was an old unit attached to the outside line all old hotels and just was not cooling the room at night. Even my kids were sleeping without any sheets because it just More

Great lounge area with easy access to some little shops for trinkets, souvenirs and snacks. Comfortable levels of AC, with some nice areas to relax outside without necessarily being directly on the beach and in the sun. Overall a decent place to stay.

Staff is amazing, rooms are very nice, amenities so far have been wonderful as well

Nice resort, restuarants are moderately priced, other restuarants in area. Amenities are good. Parking is limited.

Oh my goodness, how much we loved this resort!! Honestly, if we go again, we're making more plans to stay within the resort!! The pools were awesome, the kiddie pool was the best (my toddler ADORED the kiddie pool!!!), The food places were awesome and we had a perfect view from our room!! Great amenities in the room and awesome people who work there!! The beach wasn't as clear as you'd want but what can you do? We just kept our shoes on and that was that, no biggie. Such a great place to stay!

Stopped there for burgers at Beef o Brady's. Stayed for the live entertainment at Sally's. Great service beautiful sunset.

Great place to get spoiled. The place has up to date emenities with great decor and service.

Yesterday I walked the grounds. The Water park was not setup, they said it depends on the depth of the tides. The pool was small and crowded. The beach was packed with rental chairs. The canals for paddle boating wee barely wide enough for the paddle boats. I would not spend my vacation money here.

Very nice resort on St. Pete Beach with lots of activities for adults and children.

Family friendly but also has an adult only pool. Drink prices are high but I guess that's what you'd expect. Great staff and very helpful.

Beware of Hidden Fees at check out! $50 Per Night?! What a Rip Off! Overpriced resort! $6 domestic beers. $4 for bottled water, $25 for a Pina Colada! Suck all the money out of you! Never Again!

Went with my work for a staff appreciation event. Lunch was good, and there was apple pie for dessert made on site. Two pools and the beach for swimming. They set out beach games for the staff and we received wristbands for access to everything except the water slide & a drink coupon. Plenty of lounge chairs near the bars and restrooms. The only bad experience was that I was hissed at by a swan lol.

I loved it it was so fun I loved the hotel room and I loved the slide and the pools and everything I went with my family in summer 2016 and it was a amazing summer vacation

Had a wonderful dinner @ Rumfish and enjoyed the pool and huge slide on the beach. Our room overlooked the beach.

Very disappointed in my visit been there many times but this time I was very disappointed. The adult pool was closed for 4 days and lots of functions going on. Not going back anytime soon.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. For example, I asked a random staff member how to get to a place on the premises without going across stairs (with my stroller) and instead of just explaining, he stopped what he was doing and took me on the long walk over. The views from the rooms are gorgeous and as advertised, the amenities are great and very kid-friendly, and the meeting rooms are spacious. If you do go here for a conference event, the catered food is only average (okay, but not great).

We got an awesome room with ocean view. Staff was friendly and Doug the manager for guest satisfaction was very professional. Everything was amazing.

Our national conference was booked here. I have to say was hugely impressed with the level of service and efficiency. I would absolutely recommend and will sure to pay another visit. You have my vote for the conference to be held here again.

Great Beach View, Had a fab time in an official party, very well organized, sparkling white sands, great breeze.

I was nickled and dimed to death while I was there.

We absolutely love this location! Always clean and accommodating, staff is always friendly and helpful. Beach is clean, parking can be tricky sometimes, but that's where the valet comes in. Highly recommend!

One of the best complex resorts on St Pete Beach. Variety of bars and restaurants all in walking distance on top of what the resort has to offer. Check out Guy Harvey's when you tire of the beach and all the activities Trade Winds has. As a local we go there often to enjoy the beach and party atmosphere. Excellent food an service during season and out.

Wonderful location to escape. Everything you need is on site. Multiple dining and drinking options. Wonderful pool and beach. Children's area seperate from adult area. Love, love, love it!

I was really disappointed with the property and how old it was dirty and not updated at all. the room had constant bugs in it and bathroom doors that wouldn't shut correctly. The hall had old carpet and smelled. For the cost of this trip next time I will find a better way to spend my money.

We are guests at guy Harvey so we were allowed access at this resort as well. We played the mini golf, did the paddle boats, had some ice cream, and used the slide on the beach. The staff was friendly and it was a clean and fancy environment at the whole building.

Nice place, friendly staff. Great location at st petes beach. Only reason not 5 stars is i thought a little pricey.

Great resort! Always clean. My stay was enjoyable. You can be busy with activities around or lay back at the beach. I would visit again if I have the chance. There would be a lot of things to do and see.

We are staying at Tradewinds in St.Pete Beach which we have been staying here for years with Bluegreens. This isn't the first time we have experienced horrible customer service. When we booked with Bluegreens we got bonus time for 4 days which means at a good rate. The first two days they are making us move out of the same type of room with same view so we can get another room with everything the same because our reservation was split in two days and another two days. The last two days we are moving to an ocean view. So we told them why would you move us when we are staying in the same room. Less work for them with housekeeping. They said because we have someone staying there. Well move them to our room that they are going to give us. It does not make since. When we checked in, we didnt know we were going to stay in room 1**** so I'm sure these people don't know either. Also do not sign up with Bluegreens because they are the ones who told us we could stay in our room for the 4 days. When we go to them with this, they do not want to help us. Our relaxing vacation is turning into a horrible experience since we have to move 3 times. If I was the manager, I would say "stay in the room you have and we will put the other people in the room you were going to have." Common sense. They need to go back for customer service training.

Great place to stay for a calming experience on the beach. Most things are still working pretty well, other than the paddleboats and the mini golf course. All in all, this is a great resort to relax and enjoy the beach.

Nice place but had a bad customer service experience at check in with Molly. Will not recommend to family and friends. Did not get our military discount either.

Horrible! Don't stay here if your a young adult. They will treat you like garbage. The lady Jennifer at the member service desk was incredibly rude. The restaurant staff was also rude, even though we were very friendly and polite. I paid the 45 dollar resort fee,and the pattleboat was closed for maintenance. When I asked the front desk they acted like I was ridiculous for asking. When I tried to call and complain I was redirected five times, and even hung up on. I was finally told that someone would call me the next day. Of course they never did. I spent 300 dollars on a room and was still treated like a child.

Very nice resort. Beds are amazingly comfortable. All the employees are very helpful and friendly. Would recommend it to family's and business conventions.
