Traders Hotel Singapore Review

Kudos to the Hotel Jen Tanglin team. I echo some of the comments in previous reviews as this has been a home away from home during my quarantine stay. The room is actually big enough for me to do my skipping, burpees, push-ups and sit-ups, and that despite the comfy King Size bed in the room.
Service has been impeccable, and the Service Centre staff has been very helpful with important documents that I needed to pass on or to sign and quickly respond to my numerous requests for extra coffee and I truly appreciate the help.
The personal notes which came at breakfast was something I looked forward to and I thought in was very significant that staff from all areas got involved, whether it was the Front Desk or the Security Staff.
Food was warm (which is more than other quarantine experiences) and with the occasional surprise of satay and lobster kept my foodie side contented .
The staff have truly adapted what service is during the unique circumstances of the pandemic and I am the grateful recipient of their efforts. Keep the exceptional commitment to excellence going!

To check on was great and flexibility to adjust meals and other needs was really appreciated. The room was well maintained with all amenities. I love the window and room s ambiance. All in all. Great. Keep up and you should be super proud in doing this so well for folks like us.

Home for 2 weeks , without so much of support from the staff of Hotel Jen Tanglin this journey will not be that smooth.

Arrived at 12pm with my dad to pick up my wife and daughter. Until now 13:10pm, my wife still waiting for luggage assistance at room. Ask lobby regarding about this, they told me please wait patiently we go flow by flow. Most of them checking out going home by grab or taxi. My dad s car parked at lobby exactly 1 hour plus. Such a disappointment.

Stayed here before and was excellent. I am blessed to be back as to served my shn.
Hotel staff were very friendly, food were serve hot. Taken it once they rang the bell. From check in they were very helpful . Call and request items which was given promptly.
This is my 3rd quarantine and yet best I had so far. Thank you Hotel Jen team keep it up.

Spent last 14 nights at Jen Tanglin. Food has its highs and lows but overall it is not too bad. Service was . Keep up the good work and thanks for the service to the community. Note: posting quite a number of pictures here on the food over 14 days.

Spend 15 days in this beautiful place. There are activities which will make you occupied. Staff here are very helpful and prompt in all your request. All you need to do is to pick up your phone and talk to them. else they also have a whatapps which you can drop them a message and they will revert back to you on your request. 15 days too fast.

"MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED" my 21 days stay feels like i never did quarantine and feels like home. All staff are well attentive and friendly. Service was great and thumbs up Hotel Jen

My daughter is currently quarantined at the Jen at Tanglin. The staff have been nothing short of spectacular in their help and assistance in making my daughters 21 day stay as comfortable as they possibly can. In very difficult circumstances they are polite, helpful and very responsive to the residents needs. Bravo to the Jen team !!!
