Will keep this short and simple, Traderev is awesome. But lately the Arb team is bent on correcting the world instead of fixing urgent matters at hand. I Never arbitrate anything but UNDECLARED ODO Rollback is a serious issue... Might not be a good Idea to ignore it.

I am waiting for my account to get setup since August 25, 2021. Other platforms set me up in just one day. Please wake up registration team, accounting team @Francesco Mormina V, Robert Abraham and all other team members. Let's do some business!

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Beware of shady dealing with all staff. Will change rules as they feel fit and are extremely rude especially to women. They are nothing more then a scam..

TradeRev's arbitration guy proudly declined my requests despite all the misrepresentation and violations. BECAREFULL THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I can not believe how you can tolerate such a big misleading representation! Seller(Roadsport Honda) deleted engine light on the dash to take pictures, hiding massive leaking that contaminated everything under the hood and a smoke under the hood almost to make fire. the most unethical dealership in my experience, We found the hood sensor wires unplugged, 3 wires off the turbo & the engine on smoke almost to make fire and massive oil leak contaminated everything under the hood(leak from oil filter housing gaskets, valve cover gasket leaks oil on exhaust manifold and oil pan gasket leaking).Estimated $14,533 + HST to repair this vehicle. the dealer clearly wrote " No dash light" however when we go to pick up the car the engine light was ON. They think they can get away with their major misleading! If anyone ever has been misled by a seller contact OMVIC. This is a major violation even if it's " AS IS." If the issue was not disclosed by the seller OMIVC will help you. If no success with OMVIC I will definitely take it to COURT no matter what it costs!

Don't buy from dealers that are part of the TradeRev Direct Program. 1. They charge you whatever they want $$$ 2. They will take 3+ weeks to deliver the vehicle - SLOW SLOW 3. Your vehicle comes damaged

This is a review for my selling rep. If you are selling a lot then you need to get Brett Graham as you're selling rep. I've never seen such prompt and A1 service from a rep here but this guy gets the job done. Quick to reply and even responds after work hours!!!

So the 5 star rating is absolutely going out to our Rep, Steve Bryant. He will always call when he says he will, he will go above and beyond to help us navigate a situation and if we can't find or get an answer he will try his best to help. Trade Rev is lucky to have such a hard working and loyal employee....I only hope that they realize that and give him the kudos he most certainly deserves!..Thanks for always having our back Steve!

We have been doing business with TradeRev for years and the local reps are the real deal. On more than one occasion Chris and Justin have gone above and beyond to help sort out issues which sometimes we create ourselves. They always take my call. Thank You Very Much!

I've been in the car business for 17 years now. I came up in live auctions, watched the birth and transitioning into the digital auctioning. Seen and used all the platforms. I was able to use TradeRev in it's beta stages and it has literally set the bar for every platform. Now that I've moved into a dealership setting, it's clearly become a company staple for buying and selling. Of course there's always due diligence on both sides of every purchase and there will always be arbitrations in used cars. After buying and selling several hundreds of vehicles through this platform I have very little negative experience.... As of 6/16/21 they've changed the layout in a terrible way and put timers in that you can just sit and cherry pick, absolutely horrible changes all around.

What a bunch of lies, sold the car as-is, had the audacity and guts to say "Nice vehicle, will need some reconditioning to pass safety". But forgot to mention transmission is busted!!! Expected better from a big brand dealership, and not deception. Please Beware of these crooks!
