They have a very well organized office.Very professional.

I have never encountered more unsafe place to work. There is a pattern if erratic behavior from the so called "management " but more importantly it is the one particular guy who is totally deranged. This is the most unsafe place I had the misfortune of working. And yes attrition rate is sky high... I have seen women quitting span of less than 2 months. if you are reading this please don't go for this place. It's a bunch of vulgar men. Not sure why ministry is giving them all the benefits.

Unfortunately, the firm follows unfair vendor practices despite being funded by government. Run on whims and fancies, they do not pay their vendors even after getting work done according to the proposal and outcomes expected. It might be good for freelancers and small firms to stay away from them.

Well department is working nicely to promote the trade in Handloom Handicraft etc.
