Order Reina Casina aluminium radiator - 4 weeks later and many calls , received cheap metal 3rd grade chip radiator.
End of story.

Delivery never happened as promised. Blamed the suppliers as items were coming from them.
Tried phoning, 'service' department phone would ring for 20 minutes before I'd get cut off.
Phoned their suppliers direct and was told that Trade Plumbing hadn't even passed on the contact number for my builders who were onsite waiting for the materials.
After a few weeks, I was given a full explanation of the internal issues that had affected the business at that time and which were, they said, not typical of the way they work and given financial compensation too.

I went against my better judgement and used this website over my preferred method of using a plumbers merchant!
I ordered some Reina radiators in December 2018 and was originally told that they would be on 6 weeks delivery. After I paid for the order I was informed it would actually be 12 weeks, this was after I chased the delivery for an exact delivery day. I received no correspondence from tradeplumbing as to the transport of these goods when I was finally given a delivery day I asked for a delivery time slot and I was told this was not available from the courier TNT. I contacted TNT directly who gave me an exact delivery time!?!
Why tradeplumbing couldn't offer this is beyond me! I installed the rads only for 1 of the rads to leak along the welded joint as soon as it was installed. After much back and forth, pictures and emails this was replaced!
However 4 months later a second radiator has begun to leak along the weld firstly Reina were not prepared to deliver a replacement asking me to test the water? the 15 other rads on the system are fine but the water must be affecting this one individual Reina rad?
After pointing this out another rad was arranged to be sent out. The leaking rad has also ruined my clients carpet but neither Tradeplumbing or Reina are prepared to offer any form of compensation to my customer for their destroyed carpet leaving myself the small business man to do this! from start to finish both tradeplumbing.co.uk and Reina radiators have been terrible to deal with.
