The hotline employee is not able to solve the problem with their own device, constantly asks colleagues for information, forcing the customer to wait at the handset ... The purchased product TL-PS310U print server does not work with the popular HP Laserjet Pro P1102 printer, the software from the CD causes the device to freeze and no access to its settings until the device is restarted. There is no compatibility list in the box documentation, you have to search on the TP-LINK website. Following the instructions to install the software also fails. I run a service shop. For lack of professionalism in telephone service, I withdraw all products from the offer.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE !!! Cameras bought in the official distribution in Poland last year for the Cash register. Wanting to expand the system, I wanted to buy more cameras and sockets. It turns out that the cameras operating on the cash register application have been withdrawn from Poland. However, the sockets still work with the kasa application and can be purchased in the official distribution. Now, to expand the system, I would have to use two applications from one manufacturer! The TP-Link customer service does not give a damn ... Instead of developing products, they reduce their offer. When you buy their product, you don't know if it will be completely turned off in a year ..... TRAGEDIA
