Toyota walnut creek Review

The guys at Walnut Creek Toyota were very helpful with our 4Runner purchase. I had been searching for a 4Runner and when I found WCT, I knew my search was done! They made our trade in and purchase so simple and easy, even more so by bringing the new car and the paperwork To Our House! They drove the trade in back, and we got a really great check in the mail for that car. I would highly recommend WCT to anyone looking for a new or used car; it's even worth just one phone call to inquire on a car; they will have the answer you need, and the future car you will Love!

Understandably the service office is under construction and they are temporary operating out of a bungalow trailer office. However, customer service was lack luster on this visit. You walk up the ramp and stand there looking like a deer in headlights as no direction is given and no one greets you or directs you as you stand there just waiting to be acknowledged.
After check in at 7:15 am I receive my paperwork for my oil change and then take a shuttle two blocks away to wait. As my truck is equipped with real time cameras, I can see my vehicle service was completed in a quick two hours. I received no call at 9, 10, 11am I call and they are too busy to answer the phone. I finally get a call back after leaving a message at 12pm or so telling me my truck is ready for pick up. I know this as I watched it just sit there for the last three hours. I go to pick up my truck and again just stand there, figure out what desk to go to. There is one person behind a desk for five people waiting to get our vehicle for twenty minutes. Worst experience here. Yes I had very little patience today, it s raining but come on Toyota Walnut Creek. You can do better than this!!!!

Great experience with Toyota service as well. When I went back a few weeks later so they could program me my included complimentary spare car key everyone was very friendly and helpful, I appreciated the waiting area / internet lounge I utilized until the programming was completed in half the time anticipated.
