We just purchased a Highlander Platinum from Toyota of Kirkland. Stefan and Kennie were very helpful in walking us through the specifications and purchase of the Platinum and an excellent trade-in value of our Highlander Limited. Susie in finance was very thorough in explaining all the paper work involved and a delight to work with. The entire experience was very comfortable, accommodating and professional. We highly recommend Toyota of Kirkland and if you get the chance, ask for Stefan and/or Kennie. Greg and Donna

Worked with Galo. He did fantastic job. Not a big pressure sales guy. Very pleasant and gave us space and time to make a decision. Very much appreciate how nice everyone is at dealership. You will be happy if you give them a chance to earn your business.
We bought a Toyota Highlander 2 weeks ago.It looked great for being used .We paid cash payment of 40k without hesitation. The only request I had made to them was that there was a brown spot on the ceiling that needed to be taken care off.I took my car for detailing and my beautiful car ended up with scratches and dent on the bumper, plus white spots on the ceiling.
PO the manager took over the case and helped me out with fixing few things and went above and beyond to help me out, but every time I left my car at the service department ,it ended up being more dirty and body scratched.
I got my car back yesterday after PO kindly got few things taken care off, but the car was filthy, seats were dirty and more spots then it had before. Really awful feeling after paying 40k cash to get a car. It is just basic decency to detail the car after getting it dirty. Great service by PO and awful service by the service department .
OK, first of all, my experience here is likely not similar to yours, person reading this. Also, hi! How are you? Hope your day's good! ANYWAY:
Since I'd had my car towed in, I didn't actually SEE who was working on it, so recognizing that person and approaching them wasn't a possibility. In your case, this probably won't apply.
I had to find the appropriate place to find someone, and they directed me promptly to the right guy, who immediately, and without anyone else's direction, saw that I was waiting and addressed me instantly after finishing up with the people he was working with.
The place is easy to navigate, the people are friendly, and it seemed busy enough that amenities are probably offered (coffee while you wait, that kinda thing, though that wasn't a part of my visit).
The price was imminently fair - honestly much, much, MUCH less than I was expecting. The paperwork clearly let me know what was going on, as well as the technician's (or whatever his position was) description of what'd been done.
Honestly, the only ding against the entire thing was that someone had left their phone in my car, which I realized after I went to fill up the tank, but the place was on my way back, so no harm done.
All in all, a fine experience, and I will be patronizing them again.
Kenny and the sales team worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted and at a fair price. I m in love with my 4Runner! I would highly recommend going here for your next car.
Jennifer in the service dept was great. Ended up needing more than I was initially coming in for but I was able to get a loaner while work was being done. Everything was finished sooner than expected. Good experience.
Dear Eugene, Today you gave me an amazing customer experience, thank you so much for your patience and the time you put in today to help me to find my best car, I'm sure every buyer would love to have a chance to buy their new car with you!
Very unresponsive team. Neither service representative or the manager pick our calls or respond back to us with status updates. We gave our car for repainting and they gave us the loaner car. After 2 weeks our service representative called and said the car is in body shop and work has started and we need to renew the loaner car. When we went there to renew the car, the car is still in the dealership and work hasn't started. We didn't get updates on the car for 2 more weeks. We tried calling them multiple times, left multiple voice mails. They didn't respond. I had to go to the dealership again to renew my car and got updates on my car then. After 8 weeks they finally finished the work. But I wouldn't recommend anyone this dealership as they do not give status updates promptly or they don't finish the work on time as promised.
In June I signed paperwork at Toyota of Kirkland to buy a new hybrid Rav4 in transit. I had traded my car in but was still driving it until my new car arrived in the estimated 7-10 days. I call on day 7 for an update and they say call on day 10. I call on day 10 and all of a sudden can't get a hold of anyone I had worked with for my sale. I call back on day 11 every 15 minutes because I am promised by each sales rep I speak with that the manager who worked with me will call me right back. After 4 attempts I finally get a call back to find out that after my car was delivered, it got sold to someone else. My car that a week ago I had signed off on financing and contracts and legally owned. How on earth does that even happen... The manager made feeble attempts to offer me alternatives (different colours and trims) which I obviously was not willing to settle for when purchasing a new car. Different story if we're talking used. I understand availability of cars has been extremely limited but I had been a loyal Toyota of Kirkland customer and they did absolutely nothing else to remedy the situation other than email me something that I signed saying we both agreed to cancel the contract. Very disappointed by the experience and lack of effort to retain an existing and loyal customer. For that reason, I give this place 1 star. So much time wasted and an unnecessary credit check...I will never be going back.
My experience here is over the years and involves medium to easy service requests.
Scheduling an appointment for maintenance requires restating my vehicle needs 4 times before it gets serviced. Twice over the phone to different representatives at different times and twice in person to the service manager. The service process has been sub-contracted out with multiple layers that don t talk to each other.
For a new vehicle Toyota care service, it takes 4 hours to complete and you find out that they just looked it over (no oil change). What a joke. Also scheduling this appointment gives you no greater advantage than just walking in because they treat your appointment as a first come first served walk in anyway.
After the service, you can expect numerous calls and e-mails asking for you to extend your vehicle warranty. They don t stop.
I don t understand how this place has such good ratings. It is just a machine designed to prioritize making money above considerate service to customers.
