I had been looking to buy a Toyota Camry for several months. I done my research and knew what price was a good deal. I found a car I really liked on their website(late on a Thursday night) and sent a message asking for more details. Terry reached out to me first thing Friday morning and explained to me that the car was actually on a sister lot but I could come and drive a similar car to see if I liked it. When I arrived I met Chip, who knew my situation and let me test drive a similar camry to the one I was interested in. Chip then showed me a new car that was actually a nicer trim that what I was expecting and there was less than $2000 price difference! Chip and everyone at Modern Toyota were fantastic to deal with! This was the best experience I have had at a car dealership. No one was pushy. They just gave me the information I needed and let me decide. I absolutely recommend Modern Toyota and definitely ask for Chip!

I bought my Tacoma at Modern in September of 2017....

I bought my Tacoma at Modern in September of 2017. It was the truck I wanted after researching online and at Modern they treated me well, they didn't have an attitude like they were doing me a favor by selling me a truck. I could tell they valued my business. Since then I always take it back to Modern for service and they have treated me good every time. Good people. I appreciate Modern Toyota.

I wish I could give zero stars. Modern Toyota of Boone negligently inspected the frame on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. I took my Tacoma to the dealership to have the frame inspected and if it had been properly inspected, it would have revealed corrosion that would have been covered by an extended manufacturer s warranty at that time. Due to the negligent inspection I did not discover the rusted frame until after the expiration of the manufacturer s extended warranty and they have consistently refused to be of assistance. I have added pictures of the damage to my frame.

Didn't have an overlong wait while my car was being serviced (routine maintenance). Was kept informed as to the progress and when additional maintenance was suggested (air cabin filter was dirty -- thank you pollen season!!) the [reasonable] cost was disclosed up front and I had the option to decline if I chose. I like it that they don't try to upsell stuff just to make a dollar. They'll keep me as a customer and I'll keep referring people to come here.

Chip, the sales person who assisted us was very informative and helpful. However, the management was not willing to deal at all. Not sure why they call themselves a dealership if they are not willing to deal. We did buy a vehicle only because of the current automobile shortage, but will not be a repeat buyer. Unless you intend on paying full price, I DO NOT recommend buying from Modern when there are other Toyota dealerships that will work with you.

For several years I had regular service on my Toyota at another Toyota Dealership (not affiliated with this one) and I am happy to finally have found a dealership who appreciates their customers! I am currently a med student working in a busy ER, plus I live almost an hour away, so it s awesome that Modern Toyota is always able to accommodate to my schedule! Both visits my service has been completed in a timely manner. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, way beyond any other dealerships I have been to. After graduation I ll definitely be buying from here!

Enjoyed the buying experience with Chip at this nice clean dealership. (Seriously the bathrooms might be the cleanest I ve ever been in!) Nice folks, great vibe... Not much in stock (anywhere) but we were kept up to speed about the delivery of our Toyota Highlander. Feels like a family dealership and we had the most pleasant experience here (over any dealership in the past) Highly recommend

I just bought a 2021 Corolla hatchback stick shift manual 6-speed. Awesome. Lori is awesome. She put us in the car without any problems. The store is very nice and clean. Hospital clean in fact.
