My move-in wasn t as seamless as I would ve liked it to be, but after effectively communicating my issues and concerns to Jennifer, she listened. Then she met with her Team and came up with a resolution that was reasonable and fair. She communicated every step of the way to ensure every issue and concern was addressed. Felipe and the Maintenance Staff are true professionals. They respond and complete service requests in a timely manner. The neighbors are pleasant and the neighborhood is quiet. I m settling into my new place and my son & I are starting to feel at home here.

Bob Ragsdale is a POS. I went for an interview with him and it was a hostile interview. After wasting my time there, I never got the job. Glad I never did.
