Great service center for just about anything electronic. Looks like they service just about all the brands. Quick and reasonably priced service

My tv was sent here for a warranty job, i was blamed for damaging the tv before he even layed eyes on it. Asked for a deposit to look at the tv, whilst knowing the tv was unserviceable. Do not use this company, they are not here to help.

These guys can fix anything. Repair times can get a little out of proportion but they try their hardest to get the parts.

Will repair your item under "warranty" then decide its not covered by warranty and expect you to pay when you go to collect it (no phone call in the 3 weeks before).

Recommend you avoid this company at all costs.

Appalling and unacceptable customer service. Two older people in the office, both looked at me, and turned around and proceeded to continue their work, without even a 'hello, I'll be right with you'. I was served 5 minutes later by a grumpy older man, who clearly was put out by a customer walking in... Won't be back, and certainly won't be recommending....

They were pleasant and friendly, Mums repair was fixed within 20minutes, we waited and I saw some 2nd hand TVs at a decent price.

GEOFF was most helpful. Even though he was unable to fix my problem, he pointed me in the right direction.

I suggest you find somewhere else first. Really poor face to face customer service and treated me like I was lying. Pretty unimpressive for the high inspection fee and repair fees.

takes almost three months to just look at my unit as there audio tech was away on a three month holiday, it got to the point that i paid a lot of money to have my amp accessed only to go back and take my item to repairer in Townsville whom repaired my item the same day, i would seriously recommend not using this company

Unprofessional and unorganised company. Over priced and slow service. Won't ever go there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.

I can't thank Geoff and his staff enough. Customers Service is truly out standing. Thank you for all your help with my mums TV. Thank you for the loan TV and thank you for assisting me in replacing the TV. You're a true gentleman and a credit to your industry.

I would highly recommend these people to anyone but also to other business's who want a lesson in Customer Service.

I've been having my electronic equipment repaired there for many years. Not very cheap but they do very good work.

Friendly service, kind and understanding staff helped me with every issue even though my tv wasn't able to be fixed (because the part needed wasn't available?) only cost me a deposit which was definitely Great value since they worked with me really well to try and source a second hand part even just to fix my big screen that i didn't want to lose because you can't buy Rear-projection tv's anymore.
All around a Great experience

I just picked up my yamaha cd player which they told me was fixed
I drove all the way from mackay
The unit is only working through one channel
Rubbish service and i will be contacting yamaha australia about this

These guys fixed an Epson Data Projector I had in for a warranty. It was repaired quickly within about 1.5 weeks which is good considering parts are shipped around before being installed by a technician. Product was serviced and functional upon pick-up. It's still going and operating well in a school environment.

Had problems with ipad the gentleman was so helpful he fixed and great service.

Recently had an item taken there under waranty, took 2 phine calls and 4 weeks to look at it, then refused to tell us what the fault was so we had no idea to get it fixed or replaced, the lady was rude, arrogant and very unhelpful, what disgraceful service if thats what you call service

They went the extra effort to track down some parts for my now 15yo microwave to keep it going for some more time till we redo the kitchen.

What a rort!! Pay $100 upfront and get a quote for $1081!!! Are you kidding? A new and bigger one is only $850!! No explanation of why the quote was so outrageously high. No customer service at all! Easy way to make $100 i reckon!! Not happy. Dinah Kennedy

Smart Tv was taken here for warranty for wifi connection issue. They returned the tv saying nothing is wrong with it (Sure I lodged the warranty just for fun mate) technician popped my tv back at my place and turned it on- surprise surprise tv wifi connection still didn t work, he said I don t know why it s not working, you should just keep trying to recontact Samsung for help . What the hell is that kind of warranty service? Rubbish.

Never found the intermittent fault with my microwave and blamed it on something else and now out of warrenty. Pulled it apart myself to find the fault that they didnt
