Admirable and affordable hotel with wonderful view located near the Financial Center metro. extremely clean & cozy . Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! Staff was really helpful.
Great location 1 metro stop away from burj Khalifa and dubai mall. Good sized rooms at an excellent price. Longs bar closed at the moment but 2 other restaurants available. Pay the extra and book a club room. 6-8pm light bites and beverages in the club lounge means you don't need to pay for dinner. The trek from the main building to the pool, which is on the roof of the car park behind is a bit of a pain. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended for a weekend stay if you are on a budget.

Our double room has generously offered an adequate space. The equipment was quite satisfactory: despite minibar and water boiler, the room was equipped with a kitchenette incl. microwave and extra fridge. The breakfast was extensive, matching to any taste. And the atmosphere was very cozy and pleasant. The location of the hotel is ideal. You won t certainly wait more the 5 minutes to catch a taxi and in five minutes on foot, you would get the first metro station. I suggest this hotel for sightseeing as well as business trips.

Just checked an hour ago, and so far I am far from impressed. The reception wasn t as welcoming as one would expect from this chain, my booking requests were not met in the room, and fulfilling them seem to be taking more than an hour (and several calls) from my own rest time!
The rooms are generally clean though.

Rotana properties never disappoint. Great location on Sheikh Zayed road. Amazing food options in the hotel and on walking distance.
Excellent hotel for the money. Brilliant service from all of the staff that we encountered. We were initially provided with a connecting room and asked to be moved due to the noise from an adjoining room. Reception accommodated our request without any hesitation. The second room at the back of the hotel was perfect. Good size, comfortable bed, good shower, clean and tea, coffee, water etc which was replenished everyday. Pool and gym are brilliant. Gym is a good size for a hotel and has a good range of equipment. Pool is also a good size and gets lots of sun. Pool and gym are in the adjacent building but we didn't mind this. Breakfast was great. Good selection of options which changed each day. Location is also great. Very close to a metro station and taxis are cheap and accessible.
