I tried to book the Classic New England tour. Frustrating experience. The website said to call the number to get started. The woman on the other end knew absolutely nothing about the tour. She said I had to book online. There is no place on line to book. She said that they would send me an email. They never did. I tried the online chat. No one ever came online and I was talking to myself. Decided to give them one last chance and called them again. The woman on the phone said very rudely "What do you want?" I said that it has become clear that what I want is to not travel with you. If booking a trip is this hard I don't care to see what the tour is like. I guess they don't want our money.
