The person you speak with on the phone isn't even the person that will work on your issue! I called in about OptumRx refusing to put my prescription on auto fill. I'm told someone will get back to me. They don't know how long this will take. Than I receive an email wanting to know my Doctor name and address. I called back in to ask what does my Doctor have to do with OptumRx? I was told that "It's all connected". Bull!!! My doctor has nothing to do with OptumRx not setting up my prescription for auto fill.
Worthless and a waste of time!!
