I recently used the services of this company for a glass installation at my home. I found their website user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I was slightly disappointed with the overall communication and customer service. The response time to my inquiries was longer than expected, and it took a bit of back-and-forth to get all the details sorted out. The actual installation was done satisfactorily, but I'd suggest they focus more on improving their customer interaction to provide a smoother experience. Overall, it's an average experience, but there's definitely room for improvement. 🙂
