Terrible controllers, managers turned the company into a loyalist of gangs. If only i could give a zero star rating.

I worked for THIS Company for almost 3 years when I resigned the company took my money for the uniform but they did not give me my money that I paid for the renewal of badges

Though they pay less wages to employee, i wanna thank TSS for giving me job in this whole pandemic. I could pay my bills because of TSS . Manager was good (Sallieu). He helped me alot. Now i have left TSS but it was a good experience working with them. Thank you TSS

I temporarily workded for TSS.
I was supposed to work part time because I have an other job, but they made me full time without my consent.
Imstead of being part time permanent position they wanted me to do full time permanently, also when you have time off they call you and say come to work today and sometimes you only have 1 hour to get ready and be at the location.
On top of that they have an unstable rota and yes as a firm is very understaffed.

Regarding holidays instead of giving you 28 days per year by law, they only give you 1 hour worth of holiday each day you work, like seriously...
I mean this is a total pisstake...
My advice is avoid this firm please!

They dont provide you with enough uniform. Pay is poor an employees are not paid equally. They promise premiums to cover travel you never get paid. Communication is poor and rude when operators at head office call. Avoid working for them unless there are no other options at the time. Treat it as a stop gap not a career.

This company is very unorganised, none of the staff communicate, they also want SIA employees to work when they want and if you can't they are rude and sack the employees. Very under staffed

I am surprised that anyone would give them a good review. What a horrible company to work for and horrible clients. I regret working for them and I am so glad I left them. The day I resigned from them, I was well over the moon and celebrated. I looked forward to my new job, as I couldn't wait to leave. My advice to anyone would be to avoid that company at a cost!

A fabulous firm to work for ..I am terminally ill with pancreatic cancer. And these kind people.have kept me employed on SSP.but could have let me go ..but didn't .THANK YOU .
