There was an incident in our building a month ago that included a fire and the Fire Department needing to break down doors to make sure that it wasn t electrical and everyone was safe. They did a great job. Our doors and locks, however, were compromised during the incident and since then Total Property Concepts and the people working for the company have been no help whatsoever. They need to get their attitudes in check and they need to give a straight answer when called. I have left two messages for Kevin, who, from what I know, is in charge one message with the answering service and one to his direct voice mail. He hasn t returned either phone call. My apologies on following up with them consistently, however, my roommate and I need to keep tabs on each other all of the time because we could either lock each other out or in. Yes, we literally have a padlock on the outside of our door to lock up when we are leaving allowing other people in the building to know when we are home or not. ANSWER THE PHONE, KEVIN! Give a straight answer to the people that live in the building you manage! Pretend like you care, because quite honestly, these are OUR LIVES that are being affected here, NOT YOURS! And your lack of acknowledgement to the people living in the building is disgraceful MERRY CHRISTMAS!
