I had to tick 1 star to be bale to create this review - but my real star rating is 0! Would suggest using any other company in the world. This business is unreliable and dishonest. We paid nearly $300 for a product that was never delivered. They are now ignoring our calls, emails and messages in relation to paying us back. The product was for a children's competition and now we have had to tell them there is no prize! UPDATE for me too - April 2018 and still no refund of money - Nicki even emailed me to say she would put it through to our account.....NOPE!
Just had a Terrible experience with total media solution. If I could give zero star I would. very unprofessional, dishonest ..they basically have no idea of what they do. Very poor communication. They charged me about $200 for a service which was never delivered! I am following it up by my lawer and police and bank security group. I had this horrible experience with Nikki Mclatchi from total media solution and after I paid her she stopped responding to my calls and emails . Dont use these rats! Just dont.
Highly recommend these guys, Niki was great, and service was amazing!!
Eighteen months and still no signs or offer of refund. Had to go elsewhere and pay again.This is not a signage business but a commission agency for local sign writers. No care, no responsibility.

I have seen the work Niki does and it s very impressive, she is one of the best installers out there and would highly recommend going with her! Loved her work, you will not be disappointed.
