Have to run behind people to get the work done. Lazy and irresponsible employees

Institution run at the whims and fancies of one person. Never pays vendors on time. Never used to pay employees on time. So many immoral relationships inside the company that is fostered by the company itself! In general, preaches something and does the opposite! Never to be believed.

It's an experience you will get here. No where in ITPL you will see this kind of a company with a big public park kind of work space. One must really visit their model house. They call it experience home because everyone vl be awestruck when they see world class architecture.

This is a review for location and ambiance and not about work culture. Office campus is excellent. Though located in prime locality, it is far away from city center.

Excellent space for your Dream home.. The home may remains a dream for a long time or for ever.. but having an opportunity to visit this place is great...

A company with a social cause with their efforts to give back to the nature

I am really delighted to see this company premises. They have ample amount of greenery in their campus. It definitely reflects their concept of eco loving homes.

NUISANCE!!
They have been building a property for several years in Kumara Park (one 6-7 floor building) and they have terrible work ethic. Their construction workers start work at any time they wish.. disturbing us residents even in the middle of the night.
Repeated complaints to the MGMT have fallen on deaf years.
It s been years now they cant even finish one building on time.

One of the most expensive luxurious and world class apartments and villas.
This is just their office space and not a property.
The office space doesn't actually reflect their class as that of their homes.
However, the gardens outside is amazing. You get to see employees sitting on the lawn during lunch breaks.
And the canteen food is amazing.
Office spaces like these with so much of garden is something everyone should look out for.

Undoubtedly the the best builder in Bangalore. There is hardly anyone who can match up when it comes to exquisite designs and attention to detail in execution. Their entire approach to building homes is unique and hard to come by in the market. They stand out as a Ferrari among the rest!

I visited there to attend the interview, although I got rejected but I liked the greenery outside the office.
It is not like a corporate office in a building or something like that.
It's a office in between lots of trees and park.
Lunch is offered by company for free to the employees.
Inside work culture and other things I can not tell but form outside it looks cool to work here.

Loved it. Like all of Total Environment's properties, their corporate office campus also reflects their design philosophy (which the firm has stayed true to from its inception). The philosophy - design harmony and a soul-soothing blending with natural elements.

Situated in Whitefield, right in the middle of a cluster of ugly glass buildings, the TE campus is quite literally a breath of fresh air. The sprawling lawns, the aesthetics I assume would make you want to work there. And give your best (the secret of the beautiful properties TE produces, perhaps?).

Unfortunately I didn't get time to take too many pictures (and obviously not of the f.a.n.t.a.s.t.i.c. model apartment) as I was at the office for a meeting, but I was floored by the minute attention to detail of the design and construction. Literally no cutting corners (haha couldn't resist the pun).

I'll sign off by sharing a picture or two of the garden and a tree that all "old Bangaloreans" will instantly identify with and get nostalgic - the Gulmohur (or Mayflower). To reiterate, loved the office - more companies should follow Total Environment's example.

Any builder can be tricky. Total Environment is not an exception. Be clear and do your due diligence, and avail experienced lawyer services before buying any properties from Total Environment. Their customer refunds can range between 45 days and 6 months. Therefore, be very clear in terms and conditions and while entering into agreement. Real Estate builders are not necessarily honest and straightforward in our country. Buyer be aware, the maxim holds always good.

Dream homes tailor made to suit your needs. Choose between an apartment or villa. Homes include gardens, water bodies, home automation.....Resale values hold up better than most other brands.

Great project. Location not so great. Pricing on the higher side.

I was working there and it is a bad place having bad manager.
They never give salary on time, they pay after a month.
I have never seen such a bad company and bad manager.

Oh.... What a serene office space !.... Lush green landscape.....no need of AC

Can rate as the best builders in Bangalore who makes use of mostly natural materials. They took the terracotta brick concept in to an all new level.

The irony is that, Total Environment had made sure that a good concept/idea remain out of reach of most of the people cost-wise . If you have a environment friendly home concept idea why not spread the idea and make affordable homes to make the city beautiful.
