apparently they are not doing well because I have been bothered by phone for days to make an appointment. NO I HAVE NO INTEREST!

This company has been calling me every day for weeks, even though I am not in the register. Very disturbing

Very aggressive call center. Not normal, I was called twice a day last year, even though I repeatedly stated that I was not interested. When I stopped answering, they kept calling until I blocked them. Peace at last!! But anyway ... I was just called again by Total Security with a different number. I immediately brushed them off again. It is really not normal how they deal with people and lack privacy, the do not call me register and they do not accept "No".
Do they not realize that you are pushing people away in this way? Unbelievable....

It is that giving 0 stars is not possible. I receive almost daily calls, and yes you can block one number. Now the 6th telephone number!

This company really has "LAK" to the "do not call me" register. They call under the motto "Advice"! If one gives advice, that doesn't count the call me register according to the law. However, they want to make an appointment to sell something. Sorry, but to hold such a disguised "SALE CONVERSATION" I find it objectionable!

What a terribly annoying company keeps calling. Very often pushed away at first. Accidentally recorded once and indicate that they are not interested. Then they turn the conversation like this by closing with, 'think about it after we call and be back soon' ...
Fine they have been with me for 2 months now. Their score: 11 missed calls and 1 answered call with no interest.
I have blocked all 033-75489xx numbers of their (100st), see how long they continue without bothering me (can see how many times a blocked number called) :)

Only experience is telephone terror .. even calling mobile while you are actually included in do not call me and leave me alone register.

Very unpleasant. Calls regularly (with different numbers), even after expressing several times that this is not appreciated.

Make an appointment and they didn't follow it. I was called after a complaint on Google and I still had an intercom installed. So it is good to work together / do business with the right people from Total Security. The person who did not honor the agreement probably had a bad day.

It's just a bad company. Nice talk, expensive maintenance contracts by the owner that they themselves increase between time by 40.00 euros.

Annoying people who keep calling (for this they have 99 different telephone numbers at their disposal ...), even if you have indicated that you are not interested dozens of times and your number has been in the call-me-not register for years. They do not know the right to object and threaten all kinds of disaster if you do not place your security with them.

Terribly annoying sales team, that you stalk completely broken after your registration with the Chamber of Commerce. Even after I have spoken to someone, they keep calling. Very nasty way of working!

Nothing nice, they call you 4x within 2 hours and when you answer, nothing is said.

According to them, they can only be reached via the main number and then they find it very strange that you are angry.

Scammers gang! You pay a subscription for maintenance, but they never come along while they are aware that the camera has not been working for more than half a year! Moving costs for one camera is 500 euros !!

I am called by them, however, they use a list from before 2007. The person they are looking for has had the number for me. Unfortunately they don't care and they don't get my number from their list. Opportunity-free business. I would not say go into the sea.

Never work with this company or Stanley Security. This company is one of the big grabbers who steal their money from small entrepreneurs with colporteurs and small print. General conditions from the last century. Are you looking for a security company? Look beyond this.

No idea what this 'company' thinks to do, but people keep calling people who clearly indicate that they have no need for their 'products' is simply telephone terrorism! Total Security from Amersfoort is a sick company!

Once we got in touch with Totaal Beveiligingen by phone when we were called. A few days before had a burglary and they spontaneously call you the same week if you are interested in a wonderful offer. This was of course pure coincidence.

Systems that are supplied are excellent. Assembly neatly and experiencing few problems during the contract period. 1 service forgotten but invoiced, battery not replaced while this was necessary, creative way of administration and a cancellation period of 6 months. So far, nothing wrong, until you decide to cancel the contract. The software is removed from the system and left inattentive. Under the motto: "good luck!". In fact, after that, you have little use of your beautiful system of several thousand euros. Then again take a new system and push it into the attic. A little disapointing.

As said, the systems are great. But they have never heard of customer service at Totaal Beveiligingen. You feel pissed and squeezed afterwards. Being a mockery as a company. Advice: do not go with the sea.

1 star is still too much. I have been continuously bothered by this company for almost 2 years now. Have been registered with bel-me-niet for years and have the right to object. Several times indicated they did not want to be called, both at the company itself and at Consuwijzer, but they keep calling. I am completely disturbed by it. Backward company, NEVER go into the sea. Already deal with their potential customers in such an aggressive way that I don't want to be a customer there. In addition, they threaten with burglary. Been a customer for five years. To denounce what a hassle because I had canceled five months before the end of the contract, instead of the required six months. In the end they were met in this and I do not have to pay for an extra year.
