I called up there to get a quote for my child and they were rude. The woman that answered the phone seemed like she did not want business. I sent my daughter s father to grab application and the lady didn t explain what to do just said here. So yeah lost a customer here.
My son been there for a month and the whole staff is very unprofessional! They do not make incident reports after my son was BITTEN AND had bruising on the face! Staff doesn't inform Parent on ANYTHING WITH YOUR CHILD! Staff constantly gets mad when your child is whining or crying! Mad because a BABY doesn't want to take naps! Only want your money! Ghetto and bottom of the barrel daycare. They do not care about your child's wellbeing at all! Staff doesn't pay attention to kids nor inform the parents about their needs!
