Bought a complete patio set from this outfit several years ago. Have now thrown away everything because the lounge chairs fell apart (webbing has unraveled), wicker couch cushion support straps have stretched out and are useless. Should have known after our initial experience with them in Alpharetta showroom was totally unprofessional. No call backs, no update on product delivery, etc. I ve read several similar reviews stating the exact same thing. Save your money and go with another company- this one seems to have a consistent low rating.

I had to replace my table (due to the umbrella being left up and the glass broke). I had the set for at least 10 years. I contacted the company to order a new one and due to a communication error I received the wrong color. I called Leslie and she was so easy to work with she took the table back and sent out a new one. It's still not the right color but it's close enough (the original color was discontinued). Quality product I would definitely purchase from them again.
