This is a user friendly acquatic and sports centre. In addition to the World class swimming /diving facilities, they have several multipurpose courts, gym, fitness centre, dance studios and a 200 Meters indoor track that is open to general public for 7 hours (free to use)weekdays and for 4 hours during weekends. Iam using it 4 times a week for more than a year and am a great fan of this facility.!

Very decent place for weight lifting and swim. Well lit compared to other gyms. The staff is decent on the most part, but there is a no video recording policy for PR lifts unless you get permission from the manager. I am overall satisfied.

State-of-the-art fitness equipment. Staff customer service has improved from the last couple years. Love the free Wifi. However the women's change rooms aren't always clean and look very plain. They could've spent more money in this area because it's very lack-luster compared to the rest of the facilities. The showers look like they should be in a high school.

We attended ofsaa swimming here in March. Lots of paid parking. The venue is great. Adequate seating. Small food area with Tim Hortons, booster juice, etc. Team aquatics swim store. I did not explore the rest of the facility but saw running track etc. Looks like an awesome place to get fit if you live nearby.

Parking can sometimes be difficult if there is an event going on (they should look into free overflow parking, at least for members who have parking passes, in the adjacent UofT parking lots, even if just on weekends). Otherwise this facility is awesome!

Don't get me wrong, these facilities are amazing. The customer service is a joke. I am injured, on crutches and I can only swim. I was told when I signed up that the only thing is the water is deep but swimming is open basically from 5 am to 11 pm 7 days a week unless there is an event. I spent a lot of money to join the Pan Am Sports Centre. I then find out, much later, that the pool IS NOT open all week because the training pool is under construction so there are really only three days I can actually go swimming, so long as I'm not working (which meant I couldn't go until the training pool was repaired). The training pool was repaired and opened almost a full month AFTER I joined; I could have stayed with my old gym for a month if I had only been told. I was also told, when I talked to the service desk at the front, that I would be receiving a call back regarding the situation. That was weeks ago. I am not impressed. This is not world class service like I was told I would receive here. Currently, I DO NOT recommend signing up at the Pan Am Centre.

Although this place has a lot of fitness lessons and other extra curricular activities like swimming. You have to be a member or go to UTSC in order to enter or pay which is dissapointing if you want to go with your freinds who go to UTSC. But it had good customer service and good trainors who helped when you needed it.

Great new venue with several pools and gymnasiums, a great fitness centre and other facilities for a variety of programs, including yoga. Has an indoor walking/running track, climbing wall, and an on-site Tim Horton's, and other food vendors.

It's a huge facility with lots to offer. There is a lot of room for parking but it can be a bit difficult to find parking during peak hours and when there are events scheduled here. Preschool class is nice. Child minding is offered for a price which makes it convenient for mothers with kids. The swimming pool and change rooms are big. The staff at the security desk and elsewhere is helpful and friendly. For those who need to snack or eat there options for them. Overall it's one of my favorite community centers in Scarborough.

Facilities here are top notch since it was built for the Pan Am Games. Plenty of fitness equipment and large Olympic-sized pools. They also have Booster Juice, Tim Hortons, Pizza Pizza and etc on site. You can walk around their track in the morning for free! (You need to register and ask the front desk staff about it). Parking is free for under 2 hours.

Nonsense pool for leisure swim through city of toronto. I couldn't even use the dive tank because its blocked off. The pool is split in half with a wall and the deep area has only 2 lanes open for leisure swim. Very dangerous set up as people are jumping everywhere. Waste of taxpayer money!
