Toronto Congress Centre Reviews

It's a large conference center, but it seems like it wasn't build to handle a large crowd. There is ample parking, but few lot entrances. There are large open rooms, but very weak air conditioning.

On the plus side, it's very close to a lot of hotel options, and it's in generally good repair. The TCC North building is a significantly better facility than the main building.

I'm also trying to make sure I rate based on the facility, and not the convention I attended.

Good convention center for large events. We have our yearly customer convention here with around 3000 customers. Ample parking, they offer good breakout rooms, and are close to hotels and the airport for our of town visitors. The location is not close to town.

Big concrete box. You go to see the events inside, not the Congress Centre. For example Anime North is held there every year.

Overall a good.mid-range convention center. Good parking, crappy in and out options

Close to 401, airport, restaurants, hotels. Entering off of Dixon road is very congested for big events, arrive early. Parking is free, but you will have to walk for few minutes. The folding chairs that they provide are extremely weak and will bend when sitting on them, especially if your over 200 pounds. They don't give you any confidence when sitting in those cheap plastic chairs. When the ceiling fans come they are extremely noisy. As usual the food is way over priced.

Big facility. The AC can't handle large groups on warm days. The food court could use more seating.

Easy accessible, perhaps not suited for tech events suck as AWS meetups.

Too much complicated structure. We had a baby with a stroller and it was annoying.

Currently working as an EQAO English Scorer in one of ten giant rooms. This huge building has plenty of space for any event with great air circulation.

Was there for Landscape Ontario Congress, staff were very efficient and pleasant getting a large number of people in to the venue at opening. Very well laid out and a fantastic space for the event. Lots of parking and staff were on hand to make finding a place to park very easy. Venue was wide open and kept nice and warm even on a cold winter's day. There's a restaurant inside that was available and even more choices a short walk from the centre. Staff did a great job keeping the venue clean for a 3 day event with a very large number of people in and out, plenty of garbage cans around the venue for the guests to use. Overall a great venue and a great experience there I wasn't disappointed in the slightest.

I was here for the RV show. The space is huge! It was quite the adventure walking around. The major downfall was the food. I couldnt believe they were charging $5 for a bottle of water! I will remember to bring my own next time. Overall a great space.

Great place for the Anime convention. Went 3 yrs and loved it. Well organized and an awesome event.

Washroom could be bigger given the number of people

Work host activities at this place twice a year. Staff are totally amazing.

Good place. Needs to improve on the signage in terms of wayfinding inside and out...

Saw Glow there, fun to watch the kids playing with the stuffed bears and see all the lights

Temperature is always fluctuating and it s always been like that our company does events here and every time it s always the issue

The location is good but the management of the event needs further lookup.

Great place for conventions such as Anime North. Easily accessible from the highway and from Dixon or Martin Grove entrances. Free parking , hotels, and restaurants nearby.

Great food. Very clean. Great parking and great washrooms

Plenty of free parking. Spacious and comfortable well lit interior.

I attended TREB Realtor Quest for the 1st time there! Be forewarned, if you're there for a conference and you don't get there early you're going to have to walk almost half kilometer from your parked car to the main building.

Clean .. amazing... wonderful washrooms... all options to sanitize hands and clean place lots of parking options !!

Toast fest was so so. Was disappointed with the 2017 line of toasters.

If you're here then there's a good chance that you're taking an exam.

All they have to do is have a big room and keep the power on.

I have been to many events at the Toronto Congress Centre and they are always layed out well with good facilities and easily avaialable food.

Fabulous venue for our industry meeting, they cooked an incredible meal.

Beautiful place with very helpful staff. It was a nice time out with so many memorable experiences.

Went here for my brother's grad ceremony and it was a great facility. Very fast, efficient and friendly staff and versatile for larger or smaller functions.

Clean and tidy for the Toronto gift show. Staff work hard to keep this place sparkling.

This corporate venue is outstanding. So many large spaces for trade shows, and spaces for meetings, and business dinners, etc. 6000 parking spaces on the lot. Even the parking spaces can be rented out so you can have an outdoor business event. I was touring this venue with my class, but I found it incredible. And we were served breakfast in one of the meeting rooms. It was great!

Been here for a few day conferences. Lots of parking, decent food (for bulk at a conference)

I've only been here for trade shows. Bathrooms seem limited, but clean. Security is power tripping, but always around if you need it. Some staff seem aggravated if you can't find the trade show. It was a positive experience, barely. Lots of space at the venue though.

Really nice went for the glow event very festive and family friendly

Too large a space. Someone stole my bag when I was on a gig.the cleaners moved our belongings to clear the room. There are no change rooms or a place to keep our things safe. They also crank up the AC way too much.
