Don't deal with them
I’ve been trying to place an order since March 11, 2025. We signed a contract and transferred the agreed advance payment. Later, the company requested an additional payment equal to half of the total amount, which was not part of the original agreement. This raised concerns for me, and I’ve since been trying to get the advance payment refunded without success. Communication has been difficult, and I’m currently following up to resolve the issue.
Please note: They are also associated with another company called PHARMTECH NATURE GMBH. I will update this review based on how the situation progresses.
