Peter is very rude and yelled at my partner for asking if he could drop $500 of the sale price for a cash deal straight away . He said he isnt that desperate to sell a car!! Thats fine he just lost a deal and we purchased our new car at the goldcoast paid more but not to much more with lower ks and absolutely better sales service!!

Avoid these aholes if you don't want to get ripped off. Took car in for basic service and road worthy certificate. They where annoyed at me for getting a basic service instead of the expensive one they wanted to do. But I was selling the car and just wanted a certificate and be on my way. They refused the certificate staying it needed about $1500 work!
Got a second opinion from another certify mechanic in town and they didn't see any issues and gave me the certificate. They also said dealerships like this are under pressure from management to make money so they make up dodgey work required. Just disgusted. Never trust them again with a Honda.
just passing through town and the engine light came on with a shudder in the engine. We pulled in to Peter Roberts Honda who checked it all out on the spot. They fixed the part and we were on our way for a total bill of $250. Really great service, helpful and obviously know their Hondas. Very happy, thanks to Ian in Service too.
Peter Roberts delivered an atrocious and disappointing customer service experience across 3 appointments. First appointment my partner and I weren't allowed to test drive a car as a serious buyer due to a bit of rain even though I'm a licensed driver. Mazda however did.... Second appointment he made a derogatory comment about my partner while she wasn't around this time saying 'where's the little girl?' It was made explicit at the first appointment she was my partner. This was very creepy and poor choice of words. I test drove the sedan (even though I was adamant on wanting the hatchback) with him in the car and couldn't really enjoy or appreciate the car with him in it. Other dealerships were happy with me to drive alone. Third appointment I was ready to make a purchase on that day, wanted a test drive alone with my partner, got denied because I was a red P plater (it states this on my license so every dealership knows this and he should know this after the first test drive if he read my license properly) and said it was an insurance policy issue saying he had to come because the excess is double if I crash the car as a P plater. I don't see how that changes with him in the car, the excess is the same so I'm just going to assume Peter Roberts is discriminatory and didn't want me 'hooning' in his precious car, which again, was a sedan much to my disgust. No other dealership gave me this much hassle or left a terrible taste in my mouth. Do not do business with Peter Roberts if you want a Honda. Don't blame a policy, just admit you don't trust a red P plater to drive by themselves and I can at least respect the fact you're just being honest and we can both move on. My partner is fully licensed so it makes no difference if you're in the car but you arrogantly just hopped in the back seat... I have to write a bad review, because I don't believe you provided an honest customer service experience and you didn't put it any effort for the customer because you have bad pre-disposed views on the demographic. Thanks for wasting my time!
Absolutely great place to buy a car. From the test drive to the purchase of my vehicle the sales staff were very professional and very pleasant to work with. Thanks again guys
Just picked up our new car. Great sales experience under difficult situation with covid 19. Makes it hard on their staff. Very well managed and fantastic to deal with
Didn't bother to get back to me after I made an offer on a new Honda CRV. A courtesy call would have been nice even if to say no, or make a counter offer.
You have a gem of an employee.. Ian in the service department. He remembering and sending regards to Dad recently after a service has definitely sealed a loyal partnership. And made Dad's day.
They don t want your money they said we re not desperate to sell a car they won t even take $500 of the sale price we had cash on the spot. Would not recommend they don t even want to loan you a drive car unless you buy it from them customer service sucks
