Great place to go for tools.
These guys know their stuff

They are one of the few places around here that will repair power tools. They also have a large show room you can go into and look. You have to have PPE or you will not be allowed in. I think that is good, and they will help you with your projects. Good parking, ready in and out.

Uncaring and unresponsive, placed a order on 4-5 for 12 grinding wheels that had to be ordered from Dewalt. I was told by Jared they should only take a few days to come in. Called and checked with Jared 3-7 not in yet but should be in Monday 4-10. Called 4-10 they are not in yet, he said that they are at the mercy of Dewalt on this order. He did not mention this when I placed the order. He called me 4-12 said every thing is in except one of the wheels. I arrived the morning of 4-13 to pick up the parts that had arrived. To my surprise 5 of one wheel and 1 of the other was in. I asked I thought every thing but one of the wheels were in and the response sorry that is all we have. I chose to take what was there after being charged I look and saw not only was I charged for what I picked up but was also charged for the other six wheels that were not in yet. They could not even give me a idea when the rest of my order would be in. I canceled the rest of the order and received a credit. They also charged me sales tax even though I originally told them these are for resale and have a tax certificate if they need it.

Good spot. They always give good service when I go pick up.
