They are quite responsive to customer complaints... their meat is decent and lower cost than many other place and wide selection of ethnic ingredients...really good produce department where you can find a lot of ingredients that are difficult to find elsewher
I have been shopping at Tony s for 5 years and never experienced the horrible & despicable customer service experience that I did today by a cashier by the name of Cristina. She became very rude and unfriendly when I asked if I needed to put my pop cases on the conveyor belt. She called her manager to the line because she felt as though she no longer wanted to assist myself and my husband. The supervisor on duty was very courteous and rang us up immediately. I also will be reporting this cashier Cristina behavior to the corporate office.
Incredibly rude receptionist in the corporate office. Makes me want to end any and all business with them as fast as possible
It will tell you by appt only. But you can go in and if they have space they will unload you before your appt time and date

This place is typical grocery warehouse sit around and burn your clock 4 hours unload lumper fee $100 dollars only good thing is over night parking

I got there the night before my appointment parked and spent the night,was a quiet restful night.At my appointment time they got me right in the dock and unloaded me in a timely manner,about 2 hours or less.My interactions with the people were professional and friendly.
