Great variety and availability on items that would normally be rare to find, some of the stuff is overpriced however. One of my only recommendations would be that the place needs a renovation to make it look more modern, otherwise a good choice if you're after a wide variety of confectionary.
We recently ordered some small lolly bags with corporate branding to be distributed with all of our customer jobs.
We chose Tom's Confectionery Warehouse because their pricing was the most competitive. The product arrived quickly and the printing on the packaging that displayed our brand was of a professional quality. And the customers (and staff!) who have sampled the product so far have been very happy with the quality!
There is no warehouse or bulk discount available here at all!!! You will always save money just buying the individual items from Coles or Woolworths. This place only survives due to people's ignorance

Large range of lollies and chocolates and any thing else sweet you can think of. Can get pretty busy during the day. Not the friendliest of staff but still are very helpful. Prices aren t the greatest and doesn t offer much of a discount over Big W or other large companies.
Awesome assortment of chocolates and sweets from around the globe as well as a great selection of sauces and condiments from overseas, including a sugar free section. Very reasonably priced and an ideal place to visit for when you're wanting to plan out table gifts for parties, weddings etc. Most definitely worth visiting!!
Friendly staff always, inquired about a product they might possibly be able to get in and they were very helpful. Always interesting to see what American products they have on show.
They carry everything you will ever need, they ship inexpensively and quickly, and are very pleasant people to deal with. We have consumed a lot of product from Tom's!

My partner and I went to Tom's Confectionery Warehouse yesterday to check it out for our Easter Egg shopping and was surprised on how expensive they are compared News Agencies, Coles or Woolworths.
For a Warehouse, I was disgusted as to how expensive they actually are.
Ive been going to this place since i was a kid, every time i go here it always brings back very happy memories with family. Its an awesome place to visit and the candy to can find is really awesome.
Awesome place if you need something special or unusual. These guys still do hard shell candy eggs at Easter and it is hard to not take home a 1 metre tall chocolate bunny :) They are open 24 hours in peak times which is good because it can get pretty busy.
Love the lolly shop got a birthday tomorrow so went here and got the lollies to fill the pinyata wooohooo
Please bring your children to this store! I cannot tell you how many wonderful memories I have as a child visiting this store. They sell so many fun, novelty lollies and they will have the best time looking them all over.
Also, if you are having an event and want coloured lollies to match your decor, this is also a great place to go and not have to pay for shipping. Jelly beans, wrapped chocolates and other lollies can be purchased in heir separate colours in large quantities. If you are doing a lolly bar, stock it here.
What have you done??!!! We had not been to this shop for a while due to the purchase of a mortgage. We succumbed to the need for chocolate and lolly's. We will not be back as the flavours have hit rock bottom. Utterly yuck $50 purchase. ONLY star is for the service from the little checkout girl.

Been there a couple times, and was always amazed at their superb selection of confectionery! However, I did pay a recent visit after not coming there for over a year, and it is clear that they carry way less brands and products than they used to.

no longer as good as it was originally the few visits I have done before there is less stock now not as many lines anymore, I didn't find anything unique or different then the supermarket or the IGA.
this will be my last visit here as this store is no longer the same as it used to be
It feels this place place is under brand new management or something everything has changed the life of the soul of this place has gone I do not recommend you coming here just go to your local IGA or Woolies.
I'm not sure if this place has been taken over or what's going on but we have been here several times before and even though it's higher priced than other candy stores there was always a lot of different varieties of candy . Now not as much, it's all moved around it all seems rundown half empty the lines seem less.. $30 for a box of Twinkies is CRAZY!

Tom's is always amazing. I have shopped here for years. The staff have always been beautiful and helpful when you need help. If you are after a variety of snacks from around the world and after good service, come to Tom's. Be ready with your basket and your money! Haha More photos to come!
