Do not buy from Tommy Hilfigers` Online Store!!!
I bought a tracksuit for about 200 Euros in early May. Unfortunately it was too big and I sent it back directly. After a few days they sent me an Email that the product arrived and that they will repay me in about 10-14 working days. This has not happened yet even after various phone calls and emails with a service representative called Alan!!! They keep telling me that the payment is in process and it will take another 10 working days. They also told me they have a lot of problems with refunds atm. I did not expect such unprofessional behaviour from a brand like TH!! I want my money back!

Very poor customer service !!
Order made, the order is not known afterwards but the payment did go through. After the first contact (very unfriendly and without any understanding) I was told that it is due to an order by mobile, and that they still have to change this on the website to inform the customers about this !!! 2x e-mailed that I want my money back, 10 days later, what I wanted to order is now sold out (away Christmas gifts) and to date still received nothing ... no money ... and no excuse.
Certainly not customer friendly !!!!
Ps. I would like MY money back

No stadhouderskade anymore but to be found at the Danzigerkade 85 in Amsterdam.

Service and warranty seems unknown here. Bad aftersales.

Tommy Hilfiger headquarter Amsterdam has a beautiful location, next to Vondelpark and Leidseplein.
I am impressed about the fact that Tommy Hilfiger teamed up with with nonprofit Runway of Dreams to make a collection of 'adaptive clothing', which is specially designed to address issues that kids with special needs face while getting dressed.
The clothes in the collection are the same price and look similar to other children's clothing by the brand
However, buttons are replaced by magnets, and extra openings along necklines and leg openings make getting dressed easier
Runway of Dreams was started by Mindy Scheier, 44, a New Jersey mom and designer whose son Oliver has muscular dystrophy.

TH does not earn 1 star yet! Very bad. I've been waiting for my money for weeks. Order placed, turned out to be sold out afterwards. After a month still no money back on my account. Everything is promised by telephone but not fulfilled. They do not respond to emails! Never again anything at Tommy Hilfiger!

Customer service to cry from, very incapable. Not even able to produce a complaints or disputes regulation.

Very business purpose, the appearance could be a bit more pleasant.

In January 2021 I placed and returned some orders with you. I received a refund confirmation on February 5, 2021. According to the protocols, it takes 10 to 14 (working) days before the payment is visible in your bank account. In the meantime, the fourteen working days are long over and I have not even got a cent back. I have been in contact with your customer service several times and each time I am said / promised the same: 'Our apologies. I understand your frustration. I, from customer service, cannot do anything about this. I'll report it to headquarters. The amount will be in your account as soon as possible '. I had to listen to these sentences a number of times, but no action was taken, because I still have my money back.

During the conversations I have said several times that this is urgent. I don't feel taken seriously by customer service. They don't seem to understand that it is (for me) a lot of money. Several times today I also got the idea that the customer service employee was busy with other activities. I heard different noises in the background (as if the dishwasher was being cleaned out) and she kept repeating: "Ehm .. I understand you completely." This triggered me to ask her to repeat my question, but Ms gave an incorrect answer

No more TH for me.

I like the shoes but some model that show on website hard to find from branch shop .It's make me really sad ,well I really like this shoes EMERY ESPADRILLES ,dark blue colour ,,I try to find any where but it does not have ,since I ordered by internet the shoes was little damage ,so please let me know where I can get this shoes in Amsterdam
