Bought replacement cushions from department store ...

Bought replacement cushions from department store July 7 and it is now July 30 the cushions feel flat with very little cush. I called the Tommy Bahama office to see if they could replace them or even just replace the inner foam based on less than a month usage, but it appears they do not stand behind their product they just directed me back to the department store where I could either get a refund or exchange. I explained that I can get a refund but why would I want to buy a product that breaks down so quick and if they would send replacement foam but they did not want to help.

after spending thousands of dollars on Tommy Baham...

after spending thousands of dollars on Tommy Bahama shirts i ve now realized how the quality has gone down. i had shirts that lasted up to a decade. my last two purchases totaling $285 had wear holes within a year. i wore both shirts less than five times.
i complained last year and was asked to send photos and i did. a rep contacted me and sent me this and that a total of four shirts. the quality is so bad i won t wear them. reading the tag i see their products are made in vietnam. a sweat factory for pennies..the average shirt costs 90 dollars although i ve spent as much as 150 on a shirt. i can no longer deal with this company.
check your shorts (silk) for small wear holes.
greed kills quality

Publicly refuses to allow service animals in the building. Says it s limited to blind and seizure service animals only. Humiliated me because I have a service animal that is not either of the above listed. Not an ESA animal. Fine, I won t patron at any of the businesses in your building. As a neighbor in the area, this is an awful experience and very unfortunate.
