I was there for the first time in this restaurant two weeks ago. The food was very good and the service very courteous. I wanted to renew my experience with my children for Valentine's Day. On the other hand, due to too much traffic, my reservation has been forgotten. So I was with my two children on a Saturday night at 18h without meals ... I could not ask my 3 year old daughter to wait an hour for a table. It's when it does not go as planned that we see the quality of service. The owner came to see me. He seemed very embarrassed about the situation. He apologized on several occasions and offered us dishes and desserts to bring. In addition, he invites us to repeat the experience at his expense another night. WOW !!! Instead of losing a customer and doing this a bad reputation, he earns my respect and several long-term customers !! I am very grateful that he took the front. I did not ask anything. I simply expressed my dissatisfaction. He listened to me and understood.

A must-Pointe-aux-Trembles who differs from others in the area. Kids menu that my son loves. He enjoys having his own entrance too. Courteous service. It feels like home. Delicious takeaway.

Very good 2 nd time I'm going to jamai disappointed

This restaurant was recommended by a friend who boasted the service and dishes served.
The service was good and the waitress nice and fast.
As for what I ordered Pork Burger, it was fine until I found a piece of metal inside. After checking my fillings (it's something that happens to lose one) I realize that it comes from what I ordered. The waitress is notified, leaves with the piece of metal and I hear more about nothing.
In my opinion he would have one of the owners come to see me to at least apologize if in the restaurant policy it does not refund the price of the meal or offers any compensation.
I find this really disappointing and it is guaranteed that I will not recommend this restaurant to other people or point me out to try another one of their dish.

Cons: Located in the east-end, hard of access.

The food is delicious, I was disappointed because there is not enough atmosphere!
You still have to try it because they serve a very good meal!
