I was there for the first time in this restaurant two weeks ago. The food was very good and the service very courteous. I wanted to renew my experience with my children for Valentine's Day. On the other hand, due to too much traffic, my reservation has been forgotten. So I was with my two children on a Saturday night at 18h without meals ... I could not ask my 3 year old daughter to wait an hour for a table. It's when it does not go as planned that we see the quality of service. The owner came to see me. He seemed very embarrassed about the situation. He apologized on several occasions and offered us dishes and desserts to bring. In addition, he invites us to repeat the experience at his expense another night. WOW !!! Instead of losing a customer and doing this a bad reputation, he earns my respect and several long-term customers !! I am very grateful that he took the front. I did not ask anything. I simply expressed my dissatisfaction. He listened to me and understood.

I will renew my experience in this restaurant and I highly recommend it. A restaurant with human owners !!!
