Tolip Family Park Hotel Review

+++ calm, quiet place, gym is superb, good swimming pool, food in the restaurant is very good, room service at good level, beside the hotel is a big Park with 50 EGP entrance fee.
- - - place looks a bit deserted, big mall beside the hotel is not in operation, swimming pool not clean everyday which is strange for five star hotel, interior is very ascetics, sometimes place used for weddings, so you couldn't sleep till 1 or 2 am

The place is nice and the hospitality is nice
But the food and drinks are third class or completely located, not even 3 stars

They are not professional. I paid more than 500 pounds to use the bus of the hotel to drop me at El rehab gate, 5 min. from the hotel. The bathroom smells very bad. I paid 48 pound for 2 cups of tea. It was a very bad accomadation. I am a teacher in Canada

Good as always....breakfast was good...sheets were clean,,but it was cold at night..windows didn't close correctly... Uber is easy to find there..welcoming stuff..but shampo and shower gel is not good.

Good hotel with amazing view on the great garden the rooms are big ant not that expensive, the breakfast is good. The hotel is beautiful and overlooks a beautiful garden. The room is a large lounge and a separate bedroom, and for breakfast with good booking.

A respectable hotel and management very respectful in dealing and a very respectable chef thanks to all those who make this hotel a success

Hotel was nice but it needs more attention to cleanliness in rooms, carpets in corridors and swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious and staff was helpful. I was there during Eid el Adha and they had a DJ who had the volume of the music very very high to the extent that I couldn't sleep or relax from 4 pm till 11 pm due to the noise.

It is great place except one thing,there is no water for dinner

The rooms were so elegant and very clean, the service were swift and always to satisfaction, the price is of great value as elegance and service is comparable to high end hotels like Dusit Thani which is almost triple price of this hotel.

2 people made sure our stay was great. Tawfik (housekeeping) made sure our suit was always really clean and very convenient. And Hala from the reception made us feel really welcome and appreciated.

The hotel is considered to be adding and has many administrative flaws ...
