Asked to extend my bill for only 2 days and the guy would not try. Stated they aren t extending any bills for the Covid balances. When I asked to speak to a manager, the manager wouldn t even get on the phone with me. Clearly, they could care less what people are going through

We had purchased a condo in June in Kissimmee. When we finally arrived back after a several months after the purchased time, we found out that we didn t have any water. Unknown and not apprised by the previous management company and realtor that there was a separate water bill, we proceeded to call TOHO and the results were the following - The first person, Dawn, was helpful to the extent that she got our account setup, but could not schedule a service person till Wednesday, five days away. She then transferred us to a senior manager who indicated the best he could do would be Monday, three days away, because our situation was. not considered an emergency ( even though we wouldn t have a toilet or other water needs during that time.) After our daughter contacted your emergency department, the people there were caring, patient, and understanding in walking us through the steps for activating our water supply. As a result of their efforts of Rodrigo and especially Dyel we have had the water turned back on way before we were told initially. Thank them for all their efforts.

Want to add another 1 star. Scheduled to have water on and I have to be here. Man drove up stared at me for 30+ seconds. Drove off. Water still off. 200 dollar deposit. Ie. Theft.

They have always been responsive to my questions. ...

They have always been responsive to my questions. Once I has a toilet leak, and that was on me. Another time I had a leak at my inlet and they took responsibility and credited my bill. They are always willing to explain things, review usage and try to solve problems. Like most utilities, they are not perfect. But, in my experience, they are easy to talk to and get a response from, which isn't true for many companies.

0 out of 5. I used their online system to submit a start service request. When filling out the form, it wouldn t let me select same day (11/18) so I selected the closest I could (11/23). There was no explanation of their 3 business day wait and no mention that I could pay $75.00 to start service same day. I woke up 11/19 without water.

It s paid now and I m currently waiting at their mercy to send someone out today.

Hope this company gets bought out by someone more ethical or competition moves to area.

Update: I was contacted yesterday and the issue was resolved. They also said they would work on their website to prevent this from happening to future customers.

This place is awful. Ive been trying to get my cousins meter valve replaced because his main water shut off for his house wont shut off the water completely, neither will the meter valve. They didnt show up the first time. Now im back to work on the property only to find they lied to my cousins and merely replaced the housing around the meter. They offer no time frame for anything they do. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

I asked these people to extend my water until Friday and today is Wednesday, after I agreed to pay on Monday, but my car note came out and it wasn't enough to cover both my car note and the full bill of $276 I asked him if they could please give me until Friday morning in which I get paid at 12:00 a.m. and the supervisor told me no there's nothing that they could do. and it was their fault because it was a return check all the way from December 9th that I'm just knowing about!!! They sent me out no type of notice or email stating that the payment was returned, and it was only returned because another bill tried to come out at the same time, but it could have been rectified before I spent my extra funds on Christmas!! My utilities are on but my water is off and they do not care!

This place is horrible ! I wouldn t even give it a star. They do not care AT ALL about what your going through. They have tons of fees and you can t dispute them. I hate this company and reported it. Pretty soon a lawyer might need to get involved and maybe this needs to go up on the news about the multiple reports and all types of dirty things this company does.

We are closing on our home next week and moving from Minnesota. Working with the utilities In Florida has been nothing but frustrating. Until Toho. What a pleasant experience. I applied for service on their website. I then received a detailed email about some final things I needed to do to get the account active. I had some questions. I called the office and had no wait time. I spoke with Dawn. Dawn not only helped me with my question to finalize the set up of the account, she was kind enough to answer the 10 other questions I had. She was knowledgeable, patient, and informative. She also spent time explaining the water usage at the property and what to expect when we arrive and ways to save that we re very helpful. I could not have asked for better results. Thank you for not being difficult like the other utilities!
