Toca (the orthopedic clinic association) Review

Good luck getting a doctors note from these people, gonna get fired from my job today for not having a doctors note. Been asking them for a week for a letter, and three weeks ago got a letter that my company never approved me back to work. They don t care about the well being of their patients, if they did they would understand the importance of needing a doctors note in a timely manner. About to drive all the way to their facility and stand in front of the receptionist until I get one handed over to me. I have a 3 year old to support and can t afford to get fired over their laziness.

I have been going here for over a year. Dr. Roberts is an excellent doctor and you can see he truly cares for his patients. I would highly recommend him for all your orthopedic needs.

I can t give enough praise to Dr Neto . He listened to all my concerns and answered all of them in terms I understood. I felt he truly cared about me. His scheduler Skye was so helpful in my scheduling., from my MRI, , surgery and follow up. I highly recommend coming here.

The front office was very personable. I did not wait long for my appointment. The MA explained all of what would happen at my appointment. I felt Dr Grant Padley was very thorough in his diagnosis with me. He gave me a treatment plan that I could start getting better, without being aggressive. I appreciated the second opinion he gave. The PA gave me an injection that was almost painless. It was nice to see an efficient office.

My experience with TOCA., was the most horrific, disturbing and profoundly experience I have ever encountered.
THREE TIMES, MY SURGERY WAS CANCELED.
DR CHRISTOPHER HAMILTON IS A JOKE. I never met a more unprofessional DIRECTOR IN MY LIFE- I will remain from using her name at this time.
I'm not sure if I still have a job.
I will continue to post more as when I can.
Watch out for this place- they have a maby a sliver of a heart

Under-qualified staff. They made an error in my recovery after surgery and my hand did not heal properly.

Dr Roberts is a kind and professional person. He explained everything about my surgery with details I completely understood! He is a doctor I would recommend to anyone with leg problems. Also his assistant Skye has been such a warm hearted person and comforted me when I needed. She is quick to answer your emails and that s important when you have questions or need answers.

Dr. Hamilton was incredible! He was really patient and compassionate. Even though his schedule was very busy, he took the time to review my image results with me and to listen to all my questions and concerns. He gave me multiple nonsurgical and surgical options to consider. Most importantly, Dr. Hamilton allowed me to be a vital part of choosing which path was best for my own circumstance.

I had been in a lot of pain for weeks. I had seen three other doctors without success. My husband recommended I go to TOCA and see an orthopedist. He himself had good success there. Everyone at this site was wonderful. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Dr. Blazuk was empathetic and willing to rid me of pain. His knowledge, experience, as well as intuitiveness relieve me of my pain. I am pain free after one treatment. I like my husband will refer others to him.

Since Banner took over place has gone to hell. Cannot get an office manager to look into my situation and lack of services.
