Extremely poor service and very bad communication. Company should be avoided at all costs. Definitely will not use again.

The same rubbish as other transport services, a locked lower door is an insurmountable obstacle and delivery is not successful. Pick-up point away from everything at the airport.

I speak Russian and only speak Google translator. But the ladies working there helped to do everything right.
Prices bite but by plane. Usually a letter from Helsinki to St. Petersburg travels less than a week, and sometimes it takes 3 days.
The price quality is high, I approve.

If you go with foreign car, you will not get any package. Rasist behaviour, very aggressive. Lucky me I have Finnish passport.

Really bad quality of service. They are not calling or anything before trying to deliver even though they would be at the door which is locked.

You have to wait 15 just to pickup your package. They email or text you if they can't find your address. Worst customer service over the phone and in person. I will avoid this company at all cost in the future.

TNT Express page shows a delivery time before 18:00. They call me at 15:30 that delivery is before 20:00. Now clock is over 20:00 and I did not get a package- They waste 12hours of my time! Never again!

Here, I generally criticize TNT Finland's services rather than a single place. I do not recommend anyone to request shipments via TNT, they do not take responsibility for shipments as DHL or FedEx always take and bring the package directly to Finland for handling and take care of shipments until the end. TNT leaves the package somewhere in Europe and if there are problems with the shipment, they wash their hands of the issue and do not complete the shipment. I will never use it again and I will not recommend it to anyone. Amateur level activities.
