I received a sorry we missed you card on the 14-7-15. I rang TNT that afternoon to arrange a pick up from our local depot (as it was my wife's b'day on that day and it was a present for her) and was told it couldn't be picked up until after 9am 15-7-15 (which was good for me). I got to the depot at around 1pm and was told that they never received the message about me picking it up and it was back on board for delivery. I checked the status of the delivery and it hadn't been delivered so I arranged for my dad to sit at my house until I got home. I arrived home at 3:10pm and still no delivery. I rang TNT up to find out if they knew the location of my parcel and they promised me they would call me back when they find out, and it will definitely be delivered today. I received a call from TNT at 4:15pm to say that they had tried to deliver the parcel at 3:32pm and no one was home and they had left another Sorry We Missed You card and to organize for it to be delivered the next day. I told the lady it was absolute BS that any driver had been to my house because I was home, there was no knock on the door, and no card left. I told her it was a present for my wife, and they don't finish delivering until 5pm and to get him back to deliver it. Anyway, long story short, couldn't do it and needed to arrange delivery for the next day, so my wife didn't get a birthday present. Thanks TNT for ruining my wife's birthday!!!!

Absolutely disgusting service from this company. A delivery was expected Thursday. Driver couldn't find office, so rather than call, he returned to the depot. Was then told delivery would be made first thing Friday morning. Received a call Friday morning from driver saying that delivery would be made some time during the day, but can't confirm time. I followed up at 3pm that afternoon, only to be told my delivery is not even on the truck and was not scheduled for that day. How many lies can be told from one company??? Totally incompetent and unprofessional. EPIC FAIL TNT

Worst service ever. I live in Sydney CBD and they claimed not being able to find the building! Which is ridiculous because it is on George St and noone ever had a problem finding the building. They didnt leave a note or anything so I can reschedule it. If you cant even find my building, what can you even find or deliver. It is opposite to WORLD SQUARE.

They did not even bother notifying me and they delayed the delivery for 3 days even though it was an EXPRESS OVERNIGHT SHIPPING.

Absolutely useless company. Got a text saying delivery attempted and no one was home. Checked tracking number online, and I was sitting 2 metres away from the front door when the delivery was "attempted". Stay away from them, do not use even as a last resort.

Arranged for pick up and they told me they will come between 10 am - 6 pm. Excuse me? What the hell kind of time frame is this?
Then I said fine and waited all day. NO ONE CAME!
Rang them and no one was answering the phone.
Rang another day and I was told I was not present when the driver came.
LIES!

Dropped of package monday paid $70 for 6 pieces of paper to get delivered overnight was told it would be there on Wednesday. It's now Wednesday mid morning and I'm arguing with a employee of tnt who has just informed me that they don't know the address to their own office overseas and do I know the address to the tnt office in port moresby.

Made sure to be home for delivery for bulky items. Driver buzzed unit and proceeds to dump the consignment in the courtyard area of our apartment, expecting customer to go pick it up themselves. Lazy and extremely unprofessional.

What a completely incompetent company. We have avoided using therm wherever possible for some time now but some businesses use them to send stuff to us and we pay the freight. Absolutely useless and expensive.
Latest debacle - I receive a threatening letter from a Solicitor stating that we have $408.53 outstanding on our TNT account, no details just a demand for payment. Well, hello..........we would never spend that much with TNT and we pay our accounts with them promptly every week. I double check, no we are up to date with payments so I call, and call, and call, left hanging on the phone for ages each time so give up and send them email requesting more info. Automated reply..........Your enquiry will be reviewed and a response issued within 5 days. Eventually they reply by sending me a list of transactions since January, 2016. Surprise, surprise no sign of outstanding amount of $408.53, just a sum due today and $55 from June. June invoice has been paid, back in June, and the payment reconciled on our bank account. I send them that info and receive the same response as previously. Unbelievably hopeless. 1 star is only so I can post this review. Does TNT management ever look at these reviews?If so they obviously couldn't care less about the customers or the company.

I had contacted TNT to track my shipment and was taken through to the automated system which informed me that confirmation was still waiting for the delivery address. this once again was provided to me by the automated system. i continued to call your CS. CS worker going by "H" was helpful in the beginning. He informed me that the driver had gone out today with my delivery which i had questioned. i informed him of the information the automated system had provided me, before i finished he spoke over me and told me that is not the issue. i asked him to not be rude and speak over me and to listen to my suggestion as i am the customer informing him of what may be an issue. H continued to cut me off mid way through my sentences and be rude even after i asked him a second time to. i asked to speak to to supervisor and was left on hold. Supposedly every supervisor on the floor was busy.

My stuff got delayed and delayed and delayed at least 3 times. Kept chasing them up everyday. Everytime got told different things ie: the address wasnt updated, it wasnt on the list to go out today...?!? What the heck! First time using rhis stupid courier and never again!!! Probably one of the worst shipping company I have dealt with. Rude customer service agents, don't bother calling in to figure out where your package is because they have no idea. Disappointed in apple for using them as a carrier for their product. Will probably never order from apple online ever again.

Useless company. Got an "attempted to deliver" card in my mail, even though I was home all day. We have security cameras to justify I was home and they made no attempt to deliver. They couldn't even give me a time frame for redelivery today, so I'm stuck at home until these people do their job.

If you re reading this after your own frustrating experience with TNT May I suggest Sendle, Sherpa or Australia post Business.

I learnt today that some TNT deliveries (including my own time critical delivery) are outsourced to private drivers. Some, who it would seem continue to postpone delivery with no reasonable reason.

Package delayed by days and TNT customer servise (indifferent to my situation at best) claim to be unable to contact couriers.

Ether a lie or poor business management favouring bottom line over customer service (and retention) .

Hopeless. They have had my package for two weeks and haven't delivered it. The comments on their Track and Trace are blatant lies - they said they have contacted me whereas I have not received any calls, and they said they attempted delivery and haven't. Are meant to call back and don't. As I say hopeless. Use DHL instead and save yourself the stress.

Absolutely useless delivery company, cannot even deliver to an Australian address that is an Australia Post address where AusPost then complete the parcel locker side of the delivery and then instead of instigating a call to get a redirect address they just let it sit there in idle waiting for someone to go where's my delivery its 3 days late? Ive got customers waiting on orders from my business and have now lost clients due to the useless TNT delivery team. Thanks for nothing

I will give you ZERO rating, Everytime my supplier uses TNT to deleiver from Melbourne to Sydney it takes 5-7 working days and i have to drive an hour and a half to pick up my product whilst trying to track these iteams i get absosolutly NO answer from your so called staff. You Guys SUCK, I would realy like to be refunded everytime i have to go to your depo and pick up.You realy know how to let down small businesses today i have wasted 2 hours trying to get answer on my deleivery that was surpose to be delieverd yesturday i know this because your staff told me, Now i cant even get an answer when im getting it or even where it is.!!!!!! At my business has good PR skills and gets back to customers promply( only because you guys have let us DOWN..)

They tried to deliver the package to the wrong address TWICE. This despite the fact that the address on the package is CORRECT and that over serveral phone calls I asked them to advise the driver that he keeps going to the wrong place.
No appreciation whatsoever that I wasted 2 days stuck at home waiting for a delivery that never came. The customer service is close to useless and you can tell they don't give a damn if the customer is not satisfied. I still have not recieved the package that "might" get here on Friday, a whole WEEK after the first failed delivery.
Third time's a charm? Not sure it's true for TNT.

Poor service time & again, TNT Express is Snail Express. TNT has no feedback to customers regarding freight hold ups or delay! Also overcharge on International shipments.
Consignment note TNT International Express 462072269 - was picked up on 3rd Dec 2015 & took almost a month to deliver to China. Reason provided is that the parcel was held up at Export customs due to lack of paperwork! They continue to lose paperwork & holding up important parcels.
Will never use them again.

Still the most incompetent courier company around. After they delivered our new rug a few years ago by chucking it over the fence and not driving up the driveway I decided to wait around this time for delivery. After seeing a Budget rental truck driving up and down the street I could have almost bet money it was TNT. After seeing the driver go to numerous addresses I called out to him and it was in fact TNT. He explained that on the paperwork he had my address around the wrong way as Unit 3 / 6! My address is actually Unit 6 of 3. The people who work in admin at this company clearly have no brains or no intelligence about how to prepare paperwork.

Was good once upon a time but now terrible service - lack communication skills and are a very unorganized company built on nepotism and favoritism when it comes to employment.(some depots I heard). Always pointing fingers - uneducated customer representatives - drivers deprived of assistance - wouldn't blame drivers for crappy service but blame the pencil pushers and idiots at desks as they make it harder for drivers out there due to their negligence and lack of product knowledge and instructions. Avoid at all costs. These guys are useless. I've just had to come home from work to collect a sofa TNT said would show up last week. This morning they informed me they had called the driver and he would actually come between 1-3pm today. Now it's after 5.30pm and they are telling me the driver came at 11.45am. Clearly the call center flat out lied to me. From the look of the reviews it sounds like it is company policy to lie to customers. No idea how you're supposed to get anything delivered to a home address from TNT unless you're unemployed. Maybe that's the idea, if I take off a few more days from work to collect the sofa I might get fired...problem solved right TNT. I'll probably have to hire a competent delivery company to pick up the sofa from the TNT warehouse. What a farce!

Online tracker says that my parcel was delivered a week ago - It never arrived and I didn't receive a card. I called and was told that it was returned to the depot - Why? Who knows. Were they going to tell me... no.
I was then told I would get a call for a re-delivery - still waiting a day later. Chasing it again... because I have nothing better to do then to wait for some idiot TNT delivery driver who can't call even though they have my number!
Never thought I would say this - but I wish that the company I ordered from would just use Australia Post - at least if i missed it, I could pick it up from the post office.

TNT is one of the worst courier service out there, worst than AUS Post. You could sit at home whole day waiting for the parcel to be arrived and end up you still get a "sorry, we missed you " card in the letter box, That's how bad they were. Tracking said would be deliver on the 4th and you would probably get it by 6th or 7th. I do a lots of online shopping and things are coming in every week, fastway, toll, aus post and the moment i saw TNT tracking was provided, i know im screwed!!

Great company. Customer service were very helpful and assured me package would be delivered on expected day. Driver arrived on time and was very friendly. Will definitely recommend and use again in future.

Package has been stuffed around for over a week because you don't deliver to Australia post parcel lockers. Surely you can make a deal with aust post for parcel Locker delivery?

Asked if they could just pay for an express bag and send it to my parcel Locker. Nope. Have to work around trying to get it delivered somewhere somebody is going to be.

Update: got it a week later. Said they were having trouble finding the address so I asked them to google it and it came straight up. They'd delivered there earlier in the week. Hapless driver wondering around wrong address, complaining when he finally got there. Hope I never have to use tnt again.

Whole thing could be avoided if they made a deal with aust post to use parcel Lockers.

poor delivery man, i was waiting at home all the time, then checking the tracking was said card left not home?wtf i was sitting at home all the time and left the message to CS to tell the driver to use intercom or call me straight away, but the lazy driver just never did! will end up collect the parcel and spend some money to get there, always in remote area for the depot! very2 disappointed , i purposely get a day off today for being able to wait the parcel, but this is what you guys doing?? to make people disappointed ?? even more there is no card left found in my mail box?? can you imagine? did the driver do the job or not? you tell me guys...

After trying call costomer service and waste an hour to their ridiculous ADs on the phone, the costomer service asked me to sign a sorry we have missed you card that wasn't left in my address as well and waste another hour to go through their process of redelivery.

This company is a joke , they said they can not deliver my item and left a card for me to pick up, there is no card left, I check my security camera, no one at that time they claimed, they did not delivery and dit not left me the card, I spend 3 hours to find my item today. And this is second time they did this to me.

i was about to give 5 stars as their ratings looked so bad, and staff had usually been nice, except as ordering a pick up I got a women who was just plain rude so now I see why their service is rated so poorly! ...UPDATE: I had the wrong company it was FedEx that was so nice, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME book though FedEx instead they are 5 stars nice. If TNT are so rude on the phone imagine the package handlers.

My valuable item was just left downstairs, even though I was home nobody rang the intercom whatsoever. The last update on the tracking page said delivery was delayed. WHILE MY PACKAGE SAT DOWNSTAIRS.

Lucky I found out as my partner was coming back from a run and he randomly saw my name on the parcel sitting around in the lobby.

I then called to give a feedback about my experience, and was put on hold for 5 minutes, talked to two people, only to be told somebody will call me the next day to hear my feedback. They didn't even bother to put me through to the "feedback department". It had to wait you know.

I mean, can't you improve anything? This is honestly such bad service. People pay huge amounts for express delivery, and they trust you with their valuables, and this is what they get. Absolutely unacceptable.

I will not be using TNT again, and I'm glad TNT is going away.
Good riddance.
