They purposely lost your package, they don t talk to customs to release your package on time they don t care if your package is with customers they don t have the full information on your package NEVER USE THEM THEY WILL DISAPPOINT YOU

PACKAGE THAT WAS MEANT TO DELIVER THREE WEEKS AGO IS YET TO BE DELIVERED AND THERES NO SINGLE RESPONSE FROM THEM WHEN YOU CALL THEY DON T EVEN HAVE THE RIGHT ANSWER FOR YOU TO INFORM YOU WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS

They lie on deliveries dates, please use alternative if you can....

DONT EVER SHIP ANYTHING THROUGH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT, IT HAS TO BE ON @CNN THAT NO ONE SHOULD USE THEM, THEY ARE ALL BUNCH ON THIEVES

I have never posted a review before but am compelled.
The WORST Customer care I have encountered in the last 27 years in the industry.

Shipment delayed for over 10 days. The real concern is that they are ALL a bunch of LIARS. We have been told that the consignment is in Nairobi. Then told no ...then told yes ... lies after lies.

Violet has NEVER returned our calls after her lies. Faith literally ran away from the Phone when holding on. The customer service has a no care attitude.

Just keep away from TNT - Now Part of Fedex.

The worst shipping company, poor in communication and poor customer service. They only know how to communicate when asking for payment, delay in deliveries. Would recommend to use a different company

Customer service Terrible! Efficiency terrible!! Communication terrible!!!!

They are very poor in communication.
Delivery yet to be done 11 days after receipt even after payment of kra duty.
Emails created by one person amd copied to self.
High handling charges

My parcel arrived from turkey on 29th march been calling them everyday for five day since 29th for Kra amount. No response till date it's the 9th april.
One day I called for updates they gave half detail and hang up. I called back immediately and every time i did call back immediately for 5 times when they hung up they asked everything again. The voice was the same which i realized on the 3rd call but they pretended someone else had answered the call.i had to repeat myself 5 times and still the result they said of emailing me the kra stuff by end of day never came its 4 days now.
Very unprofessional . My whole machinery plant is unusable without the parts which are in that parcel.
Never use this people . They dont care about their customers and urgency which leads to people using air freight services.

Parcel sent from Belgium 2 weeks back ..lying at o r Rambo for 4 days...still waiting in Nairobi.Called local staff in Nairobi.they seem indifferent...it can not be worse than this.
